Took 1 hour and 25 mins to reach when he told me will reach in 1hr. If I know he would take so long to reach, would have engaged other locksmith. I asked him for price ahead but did not tell me until he reach. So please make sure you double check for ETA and price before agreeing too fast, don’t panic when you need locksmith. Good luck.

Prompt service within two hours response and offers quality and good service to unlock my door room and replace my door handler in a efficient and effective manner… quite knowledgeable and experienced person… Highly recommend it for urgent or prompt response for your need within two hours or less however the price or fee is above market rate or above reasonable price but it is worth it for me…

Horrible - I asked for their prices, but i was in a hurry so I hired a service that was faster. Got a call 20 minutes later from the owner saying very quickly and repeatedly "then next time don't call us. never call us again". Unprofessional and rude - calling a customer who already informed them just to be petty? I didn't waste their time, I just asked for the price and the time, and made my decision within 5 minutes. Honestly why would you destroy your own business like that? I have never called this business before, it's not like I've ghosted them or anything. Don't hire this service. see all the other reviews? what if I wanted to hire this service one day? ridiculous.

They have scheduling issue, was suppose to be here at 10am and I had to call them at 1010am to realise that they don’t have the relevant equipment. If you cannot be here on time have the decency to call and inform in addition they were not apologetic.

Broke my drawer's lock where all my family's important documents are kept. Lock broke into a few tiny pieces and drawer was stuck in locked position. Thankfully I managed to get 8383 Locksmith to come over pretty quickly on a Friday evening to remove the damaged lock and replace with a new set. Such a relief! Greatly appreciative for the fast, professional and reasonably price service! Definitely recommend them!
