I contacted them today because my digital lock battery had died and I was locked out. Instead of immediately quoting me for a service call, he patiently guided me through a simple DIY fix over the phone that cost me much less. He could easily have asked me to engage his services, but instead he chose to help me solve the problem for free. Needless to say, I saved his number straight away and have already shared his contact with my friends. Honest and genuine vendors like this are so rare these days and they truly deserve the support. Thank you for being such a lovely person.

Recommended this locksmith to my friend who paid $50 via PayNow as a confirmation fee, and payment was made immediately upon request. Cancelled the request within 2 minutes of payment as the service was no longer needed. No work was done and no locksmith had arrived, but refund was refused. Understand there may be a small admin or cancellation fee, but a full non-refundable charge in such a short timeframe feels unreasonable. Would suggest others clarify refund terms clearly before making payment.
