Really experienced, i lost my car keys, and was stuck at west coast park , I called them and this guy named Ben came to our location and made a duplicate key . Only took few hours to settle .with reasonable price on that situation .

Call up Mr Robert for a quote for a replacement of my faulty HDB main door lock. Mr Robert did not quote me at all! Instead, he advise me to use WD40, and to try out few other methods to see the outcome. Yes! My lock is in gd condition now and i did not waste any single cents to do a replacement! I am so shock and lucky to find such a locksmith who is so willing to give advise and help and end up he did not earn anything from me! A big thank you to Mr Robert, deep from my heart

We bought a new lock yesterday "QUEEN lock" for our main gate and used it immediately. We couldn't open it when we tried to leave the house today. We tried all the keys given to us, using tools like hammer and pliers all didn't work. Thank God that we were given Robert's contact to call upon. When I contacted Robert, he suggested that instead of him coming down with a fee charge which most of the other locksmiths will probably do, he taught me some self-help techniques to try it on my own first. He told me that only when all my efforts are in vain then he will show up to help. Under his supervision, I managed to open up the lock myself. I really appreciate such an honest service provider and these days is hard to come by. Once again my sincere thanks to Robert and will definitely recommend his services to all.

Very skilful, quick, kind, proactive, resourceful, and experienced. He did an extraordinary job when non could find a match to our old lock model but he did it! In addition, he also helped us to tighten a door handle which everyone just complained that it needed to be changed!!

Very professional, pleasant and great experience with Aba Locksmith. Due to unforeseen and special circumstances, unable to come down on-site to help unlock my door with a faulty lock and my 12 years old son locked inside. Speediest replies and most patient customer service! Called steven on a Friday evening, he immediately responded to my queries and patiently explained the problem with my lock multiple times over the phone. Came down the next day and fixed the house gate even when 4 other locksmiths turned down my business because they didn't think they could fix it. Highly recommend!

At 12:20 am my 2.5 yr old daughter self locked herself and keys inside, she cried 30 mins and then went silent, we panicked, googled and contacted 3 more people before calling AbA, Mr. Yeo Steven, who was driving, but understood our emergency, asked us to calm down baby, and he quickly got his brother Mr. Ah Teck (very nice person) reach out our home in 20 mins from Toa Payoh…he’s so experienced that opened our room lock just in 2 mins…. no one helped us even after knowing it’s a 2.5 YR old child locked herself… one person said she’s too far, can’t help and said find someone else, other person said he’s off duty… however AbA were absolute down to earth and professional and the only 1 who came to our rescue… Thanks a lot whole heartedly AbA Locksmith team 😊🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Highly recommended for their high professionalism, efficiency and their reasonable rates. Was advised by other locksmith to change my entire lock when I came home to a defective lock. However, after seeking a second opinion from Mr Yeo, he said it wasn’t necessary to change the entire lock and he got it fixed in a couple of minutes within a reasonable price.

Instead of replacing a still functioning lock (as I requested), Mr Yeo offered to repair it at much lower cost .. and the staff Mr Yeo dispatched did an excellent job. Very professional.

I am guessing that Mr Yeo is an odds-job person. But he is very prompt when you call/Whatsapp him. He stays in Clementi, so he comes over rather promptly. As what the other reviewers have mentioned - he's a no-nonsense person. Comes with tools and made repairs within 10 minutes. Price was reasonable as I have no knowledge on how to fix locks.

They don't do keys but rather locksmith business. Called on them to come to my place near this address to open my main door lock. Arrived within 15 mins. Took them less than 20 mins to open my door. Professional and efficient during a panic moment when you lose your keys.

Locked my keys in to my condo, rang this locksmith, he was at my condo in less than 10 minutes. I was back inside in two minutes later, no busted lock no hassle. Pricy at $100 but super quick service hence the five stars.
