Terry and Zuraimi were very professional and helpful. They've been patient in answering all our questions, checking areas of infestation, applying treatment and following up with a detailed report (esp Terry). The price is quite steep but they have good service and hopefully the problem is resolved.

Terry and team kept to their assurance and resolved my termite nightmare after a few visits! I am grateful for their prompt service and site visits which could be arranged within 1-2 days.

Just average overpriced service. There are way cheaper options. They charged me $200 just to look at the apartment and tell me they wanted $500 to spray a couple of corners. Perhaps a 15 min job, which is not even a permanent solution. My recommendation is that you check the price and service scope with other companies, I’m sure you’ll find a better deal.

So quick to get a appointment with them - called in the morning due to ant issues and they came in the afternoon! Initial consultation with pics and videos of the situation and they knew immediately what to do. Very friendly and elaborative! Hopefully I won't need to call them again for the same issue but if I ever have pest issues they would be my go to going forward.

There is a cockroach infestation issue in my block as cockroaches were coming into our home from the sewers and plumbing. I engaged All Out pest control to deal with this situation, and they sprayed a residual chemical along the corners of our house. This chemical was effective as the frequency of cockroach sightings dropped drastically afterwards and I engaged All Out Pest control again after 2 months for a maintenance spray. Both times, the technicians were friendly and helpful when answering our queries on how to deal with a cockroach infestation problem. Responses on WhatsApp are also prompt so it's very quick and easy to schedule an appointment. Update: I'm engaging All Out for bimonthly maintenance sprays now, and Estelle is our go-to technician! She is very thorough and meticulous when looking out for potential hiding spots, would recommend!

I hired All-Out Pest Mgt to deal with the horrific bed bugs at my kitchen area. Terry and Estelle came over to my place promptly the next morning after I contacted them urgently late at night. Terry's work was exceptional. He was very systematic with the way he dealt with the issue and both he and Estelle were absolutely detailed in their job and they looked at every nook and corner and sprayed these areas thoroughly. The bug problem I faced was not a simple case as my place was heavily infested with the them which was scary. Terry and Estelle came 3 times... in the course of his work Terry tried very hard to find out where the exact hot spot was but did not yield result during the first 2 attempts. He came the 3rd time this morning and never giving up he continued looking for the "hot" spot and based on his method and experience on the behaviour of the bed bugs, he sensed a particular area behind a plywood underneath the cabinet and asked to remove it and OMG indeed there was that hot spot he was looking for where the bugs nested and harvested the eggs with baby bugs still alive... it was terrifying .. Terry finally exterminated all the bugs today leaving my home clean and free of bugs. On top of that he provided a lot of advice to us on where and how to spot the areas where bugs usually hide so in future we would be more aware. I am truly impressed with Terry's knowledge and he really left no stones unturned in order to find out the root cause. I shiver to think that if Terry did not uncover the area where the bugs first started harvesting no matter how much spraying they did, the problem will never go away. I am truly grateful to Terry for being so thorough in his work. He is very responsible, hard working and has passion in what he does and I strongly recommend Terry to anyone who faces similar problem like mine... it is a small price to pay for his services to get rid of a huge problem.

As a first time homeowner (resale), I chanced upon All Out Pest Management on Google, and I'm really glad I did! First off, they're extremely swift & responsive, I texted at 12am plus and was shocked to receive an immediate reply from Terry! In addition, they're also extremely skilled & professional as well, shout out to Estelle for the fantastic job well done for my house! They did an amazing job and are very very accommodating to my schedule. Overall, nothing short of a 5 star review, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Highly highly recommended! Fyi, I delayed posting this review for a couple of weeks or so to observe the situation in my home & I'm glad to say that my home is pest free 😊
