Engaged electrician to help me check on my lights, thru WhatsApp they said need change switch only. Amazing right? Got quoted $89 only for swapping the switch to a new one. Never even check if it’s the driver issue that’s causing the switch to intermittently work, when i did highlight to them this issue.
So basically im paying for their very PREMIUM service of swapping the switch.
Decide wisely when you are considering their services.

DO NOT ENGAGE THIS COMPANY. This company claims they are great and publish five star reviews but they have done a terrible job at end of tenancy cleaning at my apartment. They charge for deep cleaning but their cleaning is very superficial. Their cleaners aren't well trained to do proper cleaning (e.g. uses dirty cleaning cloth to start with - my goodness! Major red flag! I had to literally ask them to use a new/ clean cloth to clean my already pre-cleaned wardrobe. The cleaner cleaned dirtier surfaces and move on to less dirty ones! What logic is that? Used a rough cloth to clean the TV stand and then went on to use that same cloth to wipe the TV screen?! No concept of microfiber. I had to supervise the cleaning and asked them a few times to re-do and still did not get the job right. I had to also ask them to do this and that as they had no system at all in doing it. I discourage house owners/ tenants from using this company. I hardly give bad reviews for any vendor that I use but this company/ the crew they sent was just not up to mark. I felt robbed paying them more than a couple of hundred dollars.

In this case, our team also has negative feedback regarding how this appointment was handled and how our cleaners were treated during the service.
The booking was for a Move-Out Cleaning service for an approximately 450 sqft unit. When our team arrived, the property was still fully occupied with personal belongings. A Move-Out Cleaning is intended for a vacant or substantially cleared property so that our cleaners can properly access wardrobes, cabinets, windows, surfaces and other areas.
Despite these limitations, our team agreed to proceed and spent approximately 3 to 4 hours carrying out the cleaning.
Our cleaners started with the windows, cabinets and other areas according to their normal cleaning process. Different cloths are used and changed between areas as required. During the service, however, our team was repeatedly stopped and instructed on how and in what sequence they should perform the cleaning.
One of our cleaners is experienced and capable in cleaning but is less confident communicating in English. Because of the communication difficulties and repeated interruptions during the job, the cleaner became uncomfortable and was unable to work with her normal confidence. Our team contacted management during the service regarding the situation.
We want to make this very clear: customers have every right to point out areas that require attention, and equally, our employees have the right to be treated respectfully while carrying out their work. We take the wellbeing of our workers seriously.
The service was completed, invoiced and paid for. The review was subsequently posted around 7–8 days after the service. Had any particular cleaning area been missed, our normal practice is to arrange a complimentary touch-up and resolve the matter directly with the customer.
We respect genuine criticism and continuously work to improve our services. At the same time, when a review presents only one side of an appointment, we also have a responsibility to our employees and our company to provide the circumstances surrounding the service.
Based on our team's experience during this appointment, we also have concerns about this customer's conduct toward our staff and would not wish our team to experience a similar situation again.
We stand behind our cleaners while remaining willing to address any genuine service issue fairly and professionally.
