Engaged Bee Movers to moved my stuff after few rounds of survey through all the movers from the website. They are very prompt in responding to my queries and price is quite affordable. They only charge based on what item you have and not based on the size of their trucks. And the boxes are in rental basis too.
On the actual day, Siong and Maya was assigned to moved my stuff and they are very fast and professional in sorting out my stuff and ensure each trolley is filled before they moved to the next trolley - because they charge based on how many trolleys used.
Siong also explained well on his process and i know what’s he’s doing. Maya is very helpful along the way to ensure all items is packed well especially those fragile stuff. They also allow me to join the ride together to the new house with their truck once everything sorted out in my old place.
Overall, i’m satisfied with the services they provided and definitely recommended to everyone to take Bee Movers. Thank you again to Siong and Maya.

Movers move equipment with no major incidents. Movers were professional.
The main disappointment is the office people who try to charge you extra for whatever reason. Quote was not upfront and did not highlight any potential additional costs.
I was being charged for ‘long distance pushing’ just because condo has designated truck parking lot. They expect truck to be parked right at lift lobby. Is this a scam? Maybe not, but they could have been more upfront on such potential charge.
They will take photo of every single item they move and compare against your initial list. Anything different, they charge extra. Is this a scam? Maybe not. It just ruin the whole experience.
Use with caution. If you want to have no surprises, don’t use them.

NEVER EVER USE THIS FRAUD COMPANY
1) they never disclose complete terms and condition and I ended up being overcharged
2) you add an item and they add charges despite taking the full lorry
3) they give you boxes against refundable deposit but then you need to follow up for box collection and then wait for 2 weeks for refund.
4) they never adhere to their words and keep changing as per convenience.
5) when i got frustrated to get things closed, went to their given google address to find their company and officials dont exists here and they all are in Malaysia.
Worst experience ever and I ended up lodging police complaint against them.

Customer service confirmed via WhatsApp that the $100 delivery fee included dismantling and assembly. However, the movers later said it required an additional $100, contradicting what was promised.
They also moved an item that was clearly stated not to be included.

Had to dispose some items before house viewing and it was urgent. They responded in the night even though I sent the enquiry quite late. I asked for same day turnaround and they replied and managed to do same day for me. Staff came well prepared with necessary equipment for dismantle and removal. It was fast and efficient and quiet. Payment by paynow. Deposit required before coming down.
