   Fantastic and fast service - faster than calling ambulance! There was a lizard in my car and I didnt dare to drive for days. Rizal from Boom prestige pest mgt came to my rescue within 15min of texting the company. He did a thorough check, fumigated the car which has plenty of empty vents (it was as good as finding a needle in a haystack). This "hero" did his wonders, fumigated the car and presented the dead corpse to me in front of my eye. Thanks for giving me the confidence to drive again! I would highly recommend this pest control company to anybody!

    I went for the $148 Super Clean Combo (full interior cleaning, fumigation, and car wash). My main priority was the full interior cleaning, but the job was not done properly at all. Their customer service over WhatsApp was decent, and to be fair, they did offer service recovery to redo my car. However, after my experience, I honestly do not trust them anymore. What made it worse was that I later discovered my car’s signal beam was spoilt after the service. I can’t prove it 100%, but I strongly suspect it happened during their handling. Their response was: “My guy very careful with customer's car, did over 1000 plus of cars so far no issue. Every week he will handle my cars too. Don't know what is the cause for this signal.” Yet they were comfortable returning my car in this condition, which to me shows a lack of accountability and attention to quality. Overall, I left disappointed and with even less trust in their workmanship.

We also enquire an independent wiring specialist, advise we had that issue appears to be related to a pre-existing wiring fault rather than a result of our service. Our staff's intention was solely to be helpful by moving your vehicle as a courtesy while you were away with your permission. We understand your frustration, and we want to make things right. While there is no evidence suggests this was caused by our team, we stand by our commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding.

    I have lizard issues at first inside my car so I engage boom prestige pest management pte ltd. They are very fast when I texted them withing 30 mins they reached my place. And they explain everything on the spot before they start doing my car. So I told them what I saw and I nearly get into accident.     So far this is the best fumigation i have ever come across. I have tried other fumigation companies and they did not solve the problem very well, anhow do. Boomthepest really solve my problem, clean thoroughly, after bomb still does the wipedown which make the car feels refreshing. Affordable pricing too.
