Highly recommend Surveillance Zone! We engaged them to install CCTV cameras at my parents’ home, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Yichong, whom I corresponded with throughout, was extremely responsive and answered all my questions promptly and clearly. The installation team was also very skilled and efficient. Everything was handled so professionally that there was very little I needed to do on my end, apart from learning how to use the camera app for monitoring. We were so impressed with the service that my in-laws have also decided to engage Surveillance Zone to install CCTV cameras at their home. That probably says it all! Excellent service and highly, highly recommended.

Reliable, professional and efficient company! Special shoutout to Ivy who has been so patient and helpful! A few of my CCTVs (installed by another company) malfunctioned and were either not recording at all or had wrong dates. I reached out to the original company who installed the CCTVs but did not hear from them for days. I decided to reach out to CCTV Surveillance Zone after reading the positive reviews. Ivy attended to me and immediately organised for one of her technicians to drop by for an onsite assessment. I spoke to Ivy at 9:30am and by 12:30pm, the technician had already diagnosed and fixed the problem and my CCTVs were functioning properly again! I reached out to Ivy again few days ago as I needed help with troubleshooting, she responded very quickly and offered helpful advice again. Thank you so much!

Louis Chang and his colleague Qian did an excellent job installing the CCTV system in my newly renovated HDB maisonette. They managed to figure out the Cat 7 ethernet cabling that was laid by some other party several years ago (however the works were only carried out now). I was intending to install a CCTV camera at my elderly parent’s house and called several companies to find out more. The phone calls and info provided seemed rather confusing to me and I decided to personally visit some stores for more clarity. We eventually ended up at Surveillance Zone at Vertex Tower and found Mr Tan Yi Chong to be very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the products. He was also very friendly and patient with his explanations on the process of installation eg getting the Town Council permit etc. Once we got the permit, the appointment for installation was fixed quickly and on the day itself, the installation was done very professionally. The staff who installed the camera (unfortunately didn’t get his name), was friendly, polite and efficient. He was also very patient with my elderly father and helped us to ensure that everything was set up on our phones so that we could monitor the cameras quickly and easily. All in all, a very good and painless experience. Thank you to all staff of Surveillance Zone.

I wanted to install CCTV for my newborn as I am going to work soon and my helper would be looking after my baby. I what’sapp them and Yi Chong gave me good advice on how many camera needed to make sure that there is no blindspot in the house. The team that came to the house was also very professional where they take into account on my preference but at the same time making sure that the CCTV installed would be able to have full coverage of the house. I like that they gave me options to choose and tried their best to meet my needs. They also explained on how the CCTV function which was great. I also appreciate that when they move my sofa to install, they put my sofa back exactly to the spot that they move. Overall, would definitely recommend.👍🏻👍🏻

The clerk yen is friendly n patient explaining the type of CCTVs that is available and to assist in directing us the way to the office as it is difficult to locate. Additionally,Louis who came on site to install the CCTV is friendly n patient as the space to install and the viewing space is a bit tricky. We need to quickly replace our 10 year old analog CCTV system which has 8 cameras at our industrial unit. Yichong provided us with a quotation for a digital system and arranged the date of installation quickly. The installer Ah Siong was very punctual on the date of installation. He is a very competent installer. Old cables, old cameras, old recorder are replaced quickly by Ah Siong. Our unit is 2336 sqft and has high ceiling. We are impressed by Ah Siong's work. He is also very patient at answering our questions. The new cameras are wide angled, Ah Siong adjusted the cameras to ensure no blindspots. After configuration of the recorder, Ah Siong helped us with installing the mobile app for remote viewing of the CCTV. Images are very sharp and can turn on the audio when required.
