Great response to my call for help on the same day. Got almost all of my issues resolved. I had limited knowledge of using an Apple; Bo was great, as he was able to answer my immediate questions so I could operate successfully. Brought a Magic Mouse, and I am on the learning curve. Very happy with the service

Excellent help from the team at Tekkie Help as I transferred to a new computer. At my age (old) and skill level (enough to get into trouble) it meant a lot to be guided and helped through the process with patience, courtesy and good humour despite my inadequacies. All done without a hiccup! Not the first time I've used them, always my first choice when I get stuck.

My experience is definitely worth sharing. Five stars given for a friendly, swift and first class service provided by the Tekkie team. I wanted an old VHS tape (that had been converted from an 8mm film) with over four hours of footage, converted to digital. The team not only converted the tape but cleaned it up as well. Would recommend for this kind of service.

Excellent support from Bo and Melvin. We purchased a pre-used Microsoft Surface Hub which had an old Windows OS and all were old settings. Tekkie team was prompt in their response and their technician Melvin came and checked and fixed the issue and made the device usable by installing the latest windows os 11. Thank you for your prompt service. Keep it up!!

I had a problem with my laptop not connecting to my wifi network at home. Vinod came over and was very helpful in explaining possible issues. However he was unable to resolve the issue so he took the laptop away to work on it further at the office . The next day I was told that the laptop had been fixed and all was good. I then paid the fees due before going to collect it myself ( to save on delivery fees) . I was excited and happy as I needed my laptop urgently. When I got home I had the same issue and it would not connect. I then desperately emailed and messaged Tekkie help about the situation to ask if someone could come down again to take a look. It took a while to get a response but finally the owner contacted me directly and agreed to meet me . I drove to the meeting point about 30 minutes away. Unfortunately the laptop would still not work . Despite this Tekkie Help was always responsive in trying to assist me. Being proactive is good customer service which I highly value..We have resolved the issue through clear communication which is much appreciated. Thank you !

A Windows update had corrupted my PC. Thus, I needed to recover the Bitlocker key, backup my data without Windows, and rebuild my PC from scrath. It's a small company giving personal customer service, remember that? I have used them a few times and getting the same engineer is so helpful as they remember your issues and deal with them quickly. My 2nd time engaging Tekkie Help for my home network woes. As usual, they are quick to respond. Fadhil, the tech who attended to me both times, was very patient in understanding the issues I was facing. Not only that, he was able to analyse and troubleshoot, and able to explain clearly (in terms that I understand) what the issue was. Always impressed with Tekkie Help's service. Highly recommended!

I got a reference to Tekkie Help via a Singapore resident Facebook group to try and access photos that I had on a large number of old CDs. They did a great job of going through the random pile of CDs that I delivered to them and of extracting the files to a USB stick for me. Everything was well-organised and easy for me to find. Based on this experience, I also went to them to help extract files and then destroy some very old devices that I had. It wasn’t a straight forward piece of work as the age of the devices and my memory of the passwords wasn’t great! But they gave me great guidance on ways in which to find the passwords and keys to unlock the devices, and once the files were extracted, they have destroyed the hard drives for me. Great and friendly service - would highly recommend if you have tricky IT jobs to be done.

We had been having really bad luck with our internet for the longest time - had tried so many different things to no avail. We got recommended to these guys through a friend and were definitely pleased with the service from start to finish. From the initial call to the actual consult, they answered all our questions and did so in a very timely fashion. Since then, our internet has been doing much better. Would definitely you reach out if you’re struggling with anything tech related - don’t waste time trying to do it yourself, let the experts take care of it.

Tekkie Help is fabulous! There was a burning smell coming out of my Mac desktop in the evening. Called them and a guy was over at 9am to pick it up for repair. Had it back the day after ... working perfectly with parts replaced! That is super service!
