Superb service by Alvin as he was able to explain all my queries as he went along doing the deep cleaning and steaming for all my mattresses! Pictures of before and after were taken as proof of the deep cleaning done. It was amazing to see how much dust, dust mites and even bodily oils trapped in the mattresses as shown in the photos taken. The machine was also able to clean the dust in the air. Overall, more than satisfied with the whole process!

Team was very efficient and completed the job within the stipulated timeline. My post reno house was really clean after the session. They even took me to every corner of the house to spot check their work to ensure I was happy with the result. Highly recommend!

I hired this service so I wouldn’t have to worry about the details, but I ended up having to redo much of the work myself. While they were still here, I had to point out several obvious missed areas. Even then, they seemed incredibly reluctant to clean—especially the windows, making excuses that parts couldn't be reached when they absolutely could be cleaned with a ladder or chair. When I showed them how dusty the floors still were by pointing out the dirt on my feet, their solution was to "mop" by literally dragging a cloth across the floor with their feet. Unsurprisingly, plenty of spots were still missed. After they left, I found even more dirty areas, including the bottom of the sliding cabinets and tape left on the floor. To top it off, there are visible watermarks everywhere because the cloths they used were far too wet. Defeats the whole purpose of hiring professionals. Would not recommend.

The company supposed to send one Sup + 2 Cleaners Duration 1.5 to 2 hours for Post Renovation Cleaning. End up only One local guy turned up. He spent only 50 mins to clean up my new house. Superb fast. I really got a shocked when the Chinese local male Cleaner used the Cheap type Mini Steamer instead of Industrial Grade Steamer to clean up my newly renovated 🏠. To me it is more like a Basic Cleaning🧹 then Professional Cleaning. Paid $250 for such a Cleaning job. Superb expensive. When I complaint to the Cleaner I was not satisfied with his Cleaning. The Cleaner replied me that he has kept the machine and left. When I feedback to the Company at night, No Action was taken. On 18/5/2026, I engaged another group of Cleaning Company from Snappy Home. Paid $280 for 2 hours Professional cleaning with 3 experienced cleaners. Such a great different between Chemicaless Cleaning (Registered Name is Ecological Cleaning Pte Ltd) and Snappy Home. 我只能说Chemicaless Cleaning 是一间不专业又不负责任的公司。谨慎！ 一定要谨慎！要不然你所花的钱就要打水漂了。

What pleasantly surprised us was that the furniture delivery was arranged on the same day after cleaning. This allowed us to complete our setup earlier than expected, which was a great help. Booked a POST RENOVATION cleaning service for my condo! Was told that for the size of my place, I should expect 1 supervisor and 2–3 cleaners and took 4 to 6 hours. On the day, luckily I asked to start an hour earlier and instead of about 4 guys turning up, ONLY 2 turned up (they claimed that one guy was sick, but don’t they have backup manpower!) Saw this happened in one of the bad reviews highlighted. Knowing that only two guys were cleaning so I can’t expect them to finish within 6 hrs. I was definitely understanding knowing only 2 guys to do the works. Ended up they took almost 10 hrs, and of course I hope that they delivered the expected service. As they ended the cleaning service that late, like 6ish pm, I merely did a random check, it appeared fine. But of course I spotted the watermarked shower glass and they just claimed that they tried but nothing can be done cos they kept emphasizing that they are Chemicaless. Fine, during the day the window panels of all rooms look fine. Like what one of the bad reviews mentioned, the space looked tidy at first, a closer check revealed many dusty areas that hadn’t been wiped and realised after they left and I did a more detailed check two days later especially the window panels, corners, balcony tracks and etc). Worse, two days after the cleaning (the windows were closed after cleaning), we returned to the home during night time for the first time and spotted many obvious uncleaned and dusty patches on some window panels. No works happened within the two day gap, merely just installation of bed frame (how much dust can there be when it is only screwing). I feedback their service to the company and they just kept highlighting that the works were checked and approved, as confirmed by the signed satisfaction acknowledgment. When the works ended so late and their guys seemed in a rush to go, how much time I could be given to do a very detailed check. No service recovery from them. Disappointing. Looking at the negative reviews provided, I can now resonate with you. Paid so much and the service was not up to what shd be delivered. End up my hub and I are now considering to hire another cleaning company to rework on the areas not done properly. Alternatively, we need to be doing the work ourselves. Sigh, need to pay so much to learn the lesson. 😖

I reached out to them because I always wanted to have my house to be cleaned properly and I always find other companies charging a lot. But their prices are reasonable and no gst charge. I WhatsApp them and they were so nice to help me answer all my questions. Patiently waiting for my update and today I started using them and loved the results. Right now, my house floors look really clean and there’s a difference for my sofa too. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend their services. They inform you on everything clearly and good customer service. I was able to hear how dirty and gross my house and sofa was so I am happy with the results.

I was pretty sceptical with chemicaless cleaning as the back of my mind was - how can it be clean? Upon checking the reviews and with friend's recommendation I decided to go ahead and ZERO REGRETS. I saw how they clean the house using high temperature steamer that is commercial grade. Having to kill off the germs at 180 degree kinda impressed me. Most importantly the team work extra time and ensure ALL are full clean before handing it over to me. Im more than grateful and I felt that the dust is not as heavy as before. I feel safer as I have 2 kids as well and my vinyls are well taken care of. Highly recommend Lionel/Kiara and team.

Engaged them to do a post renovations deep cleaning service on Xmas eve. Their team was very hard working. Arrived punctually at 10am and worked all the way till almost 8pm. Can tell that they were very meticulous and take pride in their work and did not rush through it at all. Very satisfied and impressed by their dedication. Highly recommended!!!

I booked with the expectation of 1 supervisor and 2–3 cleaners, but only two arrived—and they were late. While the space looked tidy at first, a closer check revealed many dusty areas that hadn’t been wiped and realised after they left (window sills, shelves, corners,, and etc). This fell short of a deep clean..attention to detail was lacking, and the result didn’t match what was promised. Unless staffing, timeliness, and thoroughness improve, I can’t recommend this service.

Came to have a great chat about how the contractors did such a sham job that left the unit uncleanable by professional deep cleaners. Paid for "deep cleaning" and got only a basic wipedown to show the dust was wiped away. Should have read the reviews before engaging. Utterly disappointed with customer service claiming that the glass water stains were not removable. Cleaner was just lazy after cleaning one corner and gave up. Wasted time and money. Had to clean again after he left and so much dirt was scrubbed up with just a bristle brush. Avoid at all cost!

the team did a great job ! the floor is free of dust after my home renovation i’m definitely impressed how the cleaned my window and i dare to say is total spotless. they used some kind of steam and clean it . they did no use strong chemicals detergent therefore no chemicals smell but the whole house just feel fresh . will engage them again to clean my mom house window before new year !

I have recently engaged them for post-reno deep cleaning. Cleaning was done by 2 person. Whereas 1 of them have been working for the whole day and tbh another person I don't see any purpose for him to be around. After done with hours of cleaning by the solo guy, I was then lead by the "other" guy showing me around what "they" have cleaned. Honestly speaking, felt not much difference at all before/after cleaning, except for the flooring sanitising and steaming. While going through, I asked the "other" guy if those area have been clean, he told me yes yes yes. Which is visible to the eye there is still stained on the basin, wall and window frame, he told me can't be remove and all sort of reason and I trusted his "PROFESSIONALISM". After they left, I try using a wet cloth to wipe off the stained on the wall and window frame. It just went off easily! I have to do the cleaning ALL OVER AGAIN BY MYSELF. I really regret hiring this company for my post-reno cleaning services. Guys! Please think twice before engaging them. Trust me you will definitely regret it.

I don’t often write reviews but I wish to write on behalf of my mum. Their services are really disappointing and unprofessional. Firstly, when we went to take a look at the cleaning this afternoon, we saw a lady sitting on the floor scrolling her phone & no one else was in the house. I understand it might be lunchtime and they could be taking a rest, but honestly speaking, if your services are being engaged, you should factor in / allocate your resources properly so that there is someone working on the customer’s house at any one time. First impression was already damaged. Secondly, when we asked them questions about dust we found where they have cleaned, they said not fully done yet and etc. Again, their responses sounded defensive and seriously, gaslighting. So as disappointing as it is, I wanted to give them a benefit of doubt and second chance since they said not fully done yet. Ok understandable. I told my family to return home and just wait for them to call us to do the final review when they are done. Now, so we returned after they called us saying they are done. Same thing, still got dust at some places. We dont expect 100% no dust.. but at least no dust with the visible eyes right? Found at TV console and zip track of balcony. Finally, we paid $580 for such services that leaves us speechless also. Their responses to you, are those that when you hear, you know they will have 101 reasons to protect themselves and dont admit/take it humbly. &.. just one last feedback: perhaps the owner can consider to hire a more experienced team & advocate / invest more on professional clothing.. im not against people wearing comfortable clothes working, but i guess the least is decent clothings…… New homeowners are looking forward to their new home thats why they engage your service. Please dont ruin families’ day/mood

I was able to leave the entire house to their professional work and run errands in the middle, they updated me everything - and when I came back home, they were very dedicated and particular as I can see the windows wand areas were really dust free. Totally. I was very impressed and really thankful for full Reno deep cleaning as I have 3 pets. They also help me look after te birds and updated me in case, very thoughtful of them!

Lousy service. Late for the appointment and when they are done, they are so eager to leave. Even when I told them the tabletop is still dusty, they just plainly took a cloths and just wipe and sweep it on the floor without cleaning the floor again. The house is still very dusty and full of debris. Won’t ever go to them anymore. On additional to that, even the service stated deep floor cleaning, the floor is not even clean, after I mop the floor after the cleaning , the pail of water is so dirty and all my cabinet is still full of debris. I really wonder how they clean the house

Very professionally job done by the team! My family couldn't be there to see the whole process and do the final check. But when we came back in the evening to check on the condition. Engaged them for 2 separate sessions near the end of the renovation. First session was to clean all the cabinets and store room in preparation for unboxing. Second session was to do deep cleaning in preparation of furniture delivery and move in. Thankful that Lionel could accommodate my requests on short notice. Both teams did a wonderful job and tried as much as they could to help remove remnants left on tiles even though it's not part their job scope. Grouting looks so much better now. Very happy with their service and meticulous work. Home smells great and feels much cleaner even without using fancy machinery or harsh chemicals. Just cleaning power of steam and human touch. I would definitely recommend their service. Hope that in future they can offer spring cleaning service and general cleaning in addition to post renovation.

Was interested in their USP- using no chemicals for cleaning but however- work done is not suitable for the OCD eye. To begin with, the lady cleaner who came in, the first thing she did was plug in her phone to charge- first impressions matter and this was not impressive. The cleaning began and the team provided updates, and finished in abt over 4hours. We did a quick post review but there were spots that they did not clean as they said the corners were not reachable. However, if they were experienced enough, the cabinets were removable for deep cleaning. Next day in the bright daylight, i noticed switches were not cleaned etc. I gave my feeback to Lionel, he was approachable and reachable-kudos to that but i feel his team is quite young and inexperienced in cleaning.

Would like to highly recommend Chemicaless Cleaning. Took up their Post Reno Deep Cleaning and am very satisfied w the outcome. Would have taken me ages to do the amount of cleaning they covered, so am thankful for their services. Lionel was very prompt from the get-go and I felt his follow up was very timely as I was busy w my schedule. The appointment booking was easy and they were very clear w what was being offered. On the actual day, the supervisor who showed up was very friendly and had a very pleasant experience throughout. He even pointed out some unit defects and was able to lead the two of team members well. As we were wrapping up, was surprised that the boss himself showed up to ensure the cleanliness and quality assurance, where he personally checked out if there were parts not cleaned up to his standard. Thankful for the help and service rendered by Lionel and his team!

Was deliberating whether to engage professional cleaners after reno. I m glad to engage one. Even more happy n satisfied to engage Chemicaless Cleaning. Came across Chemicaless on Facebook. Got interested in their post reno package that come with deep cleaning n steam cleaning. Steam cleaning really make a difference to the sticky floor ( after the renovation contractor has cleaned once). Lionel the liaison person is responsive n helpful n provide clear explanation. The package is reasonable priced. The scope of work is clearly specified. What was agreed was done on the day smoothly My family is happy with the clean done by Hakim's team. They systematically n quietly clean the house. Those high n difficult corners were cleaned which we had not able to clean. Our ceiling is about 3.2m Hakim's team, thanks for a job well done!! Engaged Chemicaless Cleaning to do a post reno cleaning on my 2rm hdb flat. Price is reasonable and whole cleaning took about 5hrs. The crew took the time to explain the cleaning process and after the job was completed, there were some minor hiccups but were quickly rectified on the spot. A complimentary assessment of formaldehyde levels was conducted to ensure the levels were within acceptable range and another good service rendered. Thanks again to Team Chemicaless Cleaning
