Chep Seng's solution to my desire for privacy yet allow natural sunlight and wind exceeds my expectations. The louvres can to tailored into sections to suit preferences and tilted inwards or outwards to facilitate sun, airflow or rain and even cleaning is very easy. Staff are detailed not only in measurements but look into water drainage and double track to allow panels to overlap. Very very satisfied with services and product.

Chep Seng was the most responsive and knowledgeable company when I was looking for adjustable louver sliding doors. Many others either did not follow up, or could not manufacture the exact type. Max, the boss, was quick in replies and doing on site check. His company was also the only one that could manufacture the doors without making you wait for months. The final work, installed by his friendly and efficient staff, is beautiful! I am an extremely satisfied and happy customer!

From initial quotation till the installation, i am very pleased with Max and his team. I intended to replace my balcony roller blind with aluminium sunshade. Saw the good reviews in google and decided to try my luck. Contacted Max and gotten reasonable quotation from him. Proceeded with onsite measurement and final installation finished less than a month. On the day of installation, 2 skilled workers came in the morning and finished around 3pm. Quality works from Max and his team.

6 stars! From first call, onsite survey, samples catalog review, to end production delivery and completion timeline are 100% on-track. The founder, Max and his engineers' onsite timing are 100% punctual, while their politeness and customer oriented service level is very high and responsiveness are at tip-top satisfaction level too. In short, hassle-free, high quality workmanship with fast, good quality goods delivery, p.s. plus good follow up, since I had some questionnaires about my slide doors (their extra miles to onsite again to offer helping hands). :-)

Initially engaged Chep Seng to install sliding louvre panels in front of our sliding windows, but ended up asking Chep Seng to install most of our other windows too. Their prices are most competitive and the quality of their products is excellent. Their team of installers were experienced and efficient while Max was prompt, patient and flexible throughout the whole process, even though our plans kept changing. If we ever needed to replace our windows or shutters we would definitely engage Chep Seng again. Highly recommended!

Very experienced and helpful team. I had sliding doors installed by Chep Seng to convert my balcony into living space. I was also installing decking at the balcony at the same time and they were able to give sound advice on the sequence of what needs to be done first to ensure smooth delivery of the works. The sliding doors were of good quality, the adjustable blade louvers allowed ample ventilation and light to pass through without compromising the enjoyment of the balcony view at all. The team did the job professionally. I would highly recommend them.
