As your previous customer, you thought you could return back to do more for your house. Unfortunately, Kevin proves that he is too good for his customers. Congratulations at least I dont have to see your face.

After sales is non-existent. Totally nonsense. Tell you one time either sudden change time or totally never come at all. Well done. Only interested in new sales not in rectifying their errors.

It's my practice to get 3 quotations. Then decided to use Super Window. From getting quotation, take measurements, supply, dismantle, make good and install, all done nicely. Friendly, responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

Contacted Lawrence for a measurement appointment, but had to cancel it due to change of plans. Got a rude reply telling us off for wasting his time despite letting him know in advance. Wouldnt advise to contact them. Edit: He called to threatened me that he will visit our place upon reading this review. Please becareful.

Experience started well and did work with them to get some windows installed. generally speaking quality seems good. But the communication broke down super quickly after that, they did not have door stocks and made no effort to follow/update. Must ping them multiple times before getting a reply. Will not recommend.

Here to remind everyone and consider this window supplier. The bad experience I have encountered. *A functional problem appeared within a week after the installation. Very bad quality, and arranged the date and time, but no technician came down to replace the window lock. *放飞机* Play you out*

I am writing this review because previous reviews from other genuine home owners, have personally helped me very much and this is my way of doing my part. Hope it helps. I got a resale flat and needed replacement of windows. The design of my home was quirky and complicated. I contacted Super Window Lawrence. His reply was quick and came onsite to take a look and gave a quote. His quote was very reasonable and that's not all. I truly appreciated his ideas and in his words, "options". He thinks out of the box and completely transformed the look of my flat. Everyone was very impressed. All I can say is give him a chance, nothing to lose. I have no links to him, just a very satisfied customer and just sharing my experience with them. Cheers!
