Highly recommended! The overall service was top-notch from start to finish. After the installation, we noticed a minor issue with one of the doors not closing smoothly. When we reached out, YUEQIN responded promptly and arranged for a technician to rectify it in no time. Really appreciate their professionalism, reliability, and excellent after-sales support!

We had a really great experience with Cheah Yue Qin throughout the process of getting our gate, main door and digital lock bundle. She was incredibly patient, helpful and responsive with all our questions and inquiries. We had quite a number of things to clarify and compare, but she never made us feel rushed or pressured. She took the time to explain everything clearly and guided us through the options, which made the whole process so much easier. We truly appreciate her excellent customer service, professionalism and patience. It’s not easy to find someone who genuinely takes the time to make sure customers are comfortable and well-informed before making a decision. Thank you so much for your great service and for making our purchase experience such a pleasant one! Definitely a salesperson we would be happy to recommend to our family and friends. ❤️

We had a great experience with Ting Hui from TD Hougang outlet! 😊 Ting Hui was helpful, attentive & knowledgeable about her products. Buying a door may be a simple process, but having someone who listens to our requests makes a difference. Ting Hui made the process enjoyable rather than just making a sale. We had a specific look in mind & she patiently guided us through the options. She let us feel confident in our final choice. One small tip for anyone visiting the TD Hougang: the entrance is a little tricky to spot at first, almost like a hidden speakeasy 😆 Look out for the carpark gantry at the roundabout in front of blk 806. The staircase leading up to the outlet is right next to the gantry. We are thankful to have met Ting Hui to help us get the perfect bedroom door design. Also, a shoutout to her colleague who was seated at the counter when we visited. She was also very friendly & interacted with us warmly during our visit. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but we really appreciated her friendliness as well! 😊

Wanted to get a new fire rated door for my new home. Eventually settled on The Door at Hougang because it was the most affordable one. Ting Hui assisted us through the selection and eventually selected on a nice grey one. The installation was seamless and everything was fast. Ting Hui gave us on-the- ball updates throughout and we loved that! Service was so good we decided to ask her for a gate for my mom’s new house too. Installation and measurement was done in 10 days, which was pretty fast for us. Would definitely recommend The Door for an affordable gate/door service, and definitely Ting Hui for her service.

After searching and comparing several door providers in Singapore, we finally decided to go with The Doors for all our room doors, kitchen door, toilet doors and main metal gate. We were served by Ting Hui, and we’re really glad we had her assisting us throughout the process. She was very patient while we were making our choices and was always willing to share her suggestions and ideas on how to mix and match the different designs and colours. She also took the time to explain the different types of doors and gates clearly, which helped us make the right choices for each area of our home. What impressed us most was her follow-up and attention to detail. She made sure our installation appointment was properly arranged and that everything was completed as expected. Even after the installation was completed, Ting Hui followed up with us again to check if we were satisfied with the end result and whether we had any feedback or concerns about the doors. Honestly, this level of service is quite rare nowadays. Many people tend to stop responding once the service is completed, so I was genuinely impressed when Ting Hui took the initiative to check in with us after installation. It really showed that she cared about the customer experience and not just about completing the sale. We’re very happy with our doors and the overall experience with The Doors. 😊 Highly recommend Ting Hui if you’re looking to change your doors or are renovating a new home. If you’re engaging The Doors, definitely look for Ting Hui — she’s helpful, patient, responsible and really goes the extra mile. Well done, Ting Hui, and thank you for the great service! 👏🏻❤️
