Most of the window manufacturers & installers are mediocre, so are their pricing with their competitors... BUT what that makes a difference when most their competitors cannot... is that they are able to retain your current window grilles.👍🏻 I wanted change out 4 of my sliding windows to casement windows, with intentions to retain 3 of 4 current window grilles. Only Pang Giap can do it, so I gave this work to them. Timing was crucial to me, they are able to meet my time line. Workmanship and staff are professional and fast. Kudos to them👏🏼, please continue to keep up this good work for all your potential customers.

I have a cat and wanted window grilles that can keep my cat safe. I used to have plastic mesh over my window grilles in my previous house. They were ugly and troublesome to clean. I found Pang Giap when I googled and they have the perfect slim cat grilles. I emailed them for a quote and they were very responsive. Very soon, an appointment was made to measure my windows and within 3 weeks, the cat grilles were installed. They looked nice and the workmanship was to my satisfaction. Good job Pang Giap. Keep it up.

Pang Giap Pte Ltd is truly a homegrown Singapore business to be proud of. We absolutely love the quality of the slim profile window grilles in our new home, which is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The workmanship was very good and the service rendered by the team led by Mr Ang was fantastic! They were very accommodating in making adjustments especially for the curved balcony in our living room which required post installation modifications due to the building’s structural imperfections. Thank you Mr Ang and Nicholas for the work rendered!

Engaged Pang Giap for new set of soundproof windows and doors. From initial checking out reviews for the right contractor to now writing one, have to say all the positive reviews correspond to what Pang Giap stands for. Prompt responses always from Mr Nicholas and the groundwork led by Mr Ang was precise in all of my measurements, given his decades of experience in the field. Thank you!

When it came down to installing window grilles, I did my due diligence, compared among quotes and read google reviews, before deciding on Pang Giap’s slim grilles. Nicholas was prompt and polite in his responses and Mr Ang came down for a site measurement soon after. Mr. Ang, armed with his experience, swiftly completed the measurements and provided some good advices too. Everything went on smoothly. Post installation, the slim grilles looked great and sturdy. They were of good make. My mum, who is typically a harsh critique, commended the quality. My window repair guy after completing his job, commented he had never seen grilles with such good rollers and asked me where I got it from. All I can say is, with every renovation comes its pain. Thankfully with Pang Giap, I take one thing off my list without any headache. The pictures speak for themselves. Thank you Pang Giap for a job well done!

I had my sliding balcony doors installed by Pang Giap. It was a very pleasant experience overall. Each person that I dealt with was very professional, and the workmanship was excellent. Even though the first installation didn't work out because one of the panels were damaged, it was no trouble at all arranging for the replacement. Would highly recommend.

During my search for a local grille installer, I discovered Pang Giap, who offers a wide variety of slim grilles. My interactions with Nicholas and Uncle were very pleasant. The site visit went smoothly, and they provided useful recommendations without being pushy. Their work ethics are genuine. On the installation day, two installers arrived, quickly dismantled the old grilles, and cleaned up afterward. The team was professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them without hesitation.

Was introduced to Pang Giap by a relative who did her grilles with them. I was attracted to their slim grilles even though it was more expensive than the normal aluminum grilles. The boss, Mr Ang, came down to my flat to measure the windows. He was thorough in his measurements and he suggested on the colour for the grilles, which matched the window frames well. Installation was efficient and I'm pleased with the overall experience. Thank you, Pang Giap!

I get to know Pang Giáp by google review five years ago when I need to install a sound proof window in my son bedroom, was very stasfied with their quality and service . Time to upgrade my home windows so I contact Nicholas , Mr Ang came down to do measurements and less than a month everything was done. Very efficient service and Mr Ang was very helpful to give me advice to all my needs.

Poor experience, called them to ask about Autogate and twice no response. Finally got an answer only to be told someone will contact me. Thereafter that person took awhile to reply and when asked no reply or response. Finally I decided such service will only mean after sales service will be far worst.

Today, PangGiap installed this galvanized mild steel BRC fence for me. I have used Pang Giap for almost 16 years already and no real problems so far. They have installed for me nice thick round wood handrails for my staircase, wrought iron window grills and some other things. Nicholas and his dad are helpful and the workers have been experienced and usually do a good job. Their speciality is using wrought iron. They will not be the cheapest, but their price is reasonable.

Pang Giap was very accommodating and promptly arranged for my grills to be changed.Overall experience has been great.

Recently, Pang Giáp designed and installed my main gate, side gate and sliding grille gates - all done very well in mild steel, powder coated, to our great satisfaction! Following which, Pang Giáp also designed and installed the balcony mesh for my patio; in galvanized steel and steel netting, again to our great delight! Had I knew Mr Ang and his team earlier, they could have done all my window grilles as well. First, Mr Ang and his years of experience plus his meticulous ways of taking measurements have ensure that all fabrications were done right! Second, Nicholas was most prompt to make all the arangements and communicating clearly all the details. Last but not least, Pang Giáp has a team of very experienced builders; they know how to make adjustments and refinements during installation systematically! Overall, Pang Giap is trusted, reliable and professional and they deliver good products and services at reasonable cost! Keep up the very good work!

The father came over to my place to view. When he gave gave me a quote, he insisted me to go ahead and pay the deposit when I told him that I would consider and get back to him if I was interested. And then he mentioned that he would not come over to give me a quote if I did not want to go ahead with the quote. Very unprofessional and old school mentality. I got a quote for 2/3 other companies and none ever forced me to accept the quote immediately. It is only normal to compare the quote with other companies. Later on, the son, Nicolas gave me a call but I was busy and could not answer. I mentioned this on the voice note but he did not even bother to reply or whatsoever.

Met up with Mr Ang, an elderly man,who is the owner of Pang Giap, at my flat and he help with true measurement and good price quote for my window grilles. He was also friendly and gave good advice on using roller metal grilles instead of swing leaf grilles. His workers turn up 2 weeks later as agreed and they were very polite and obliging. They were also able to make small adjustments without fretting and cut a grilles at the common corridor. Overall a good experience and I wish I known them earlier to help me with other parts of my renovation.

We had an awesome experience with Pang Giap. Like the rest of the reviews here, Pang Giap is truly fantastic as described. It is real. From our first email, all the way to installations, the experience has been good and very smooth. Nicholas is speedily responsive, clear and pleasant in his replies by emails and whatsapps. From this 1st point of contact, we are already confident Pang Giap knows what they are doing. Elder Mr Ang then came to do measurements and explanations. He was well prepared, precise and very pleasant to chat with. We learned from him too. His team of installers were extremely punctual, and confident in their skills. They were also another very happy pleasant hardworking bunch of guys. Thk u so much to Pang Giap ! Your entire team is superb, including the ones fabricating and painting the railings in your own factory ! The product is beautifully made and installed, exactly as discussed. We love the work done by Mr Ang’s and his entire team ! They are honest, sincere and very reasonably priced for an awesome quality of work and experience. Thank you so much Pang Giap !

When Pang Giap men came to install to install my condo back door and balcony grilles, they were very diligent, especially fixing the door, to ensure that it fits well and the door close well. The grilles were also well installed, thanks to Mr Ang's good measurement. They also swept the place before they left.

Mr Ang is an easy going boss and will try to match my request accordingly down to the dimension of the gap in between the window grilles. Nicholas will also give reminders prior to the window installation date to ensure that the appointment is confirmed. As a HDB dweller, it is inevitable that there are permits and BCA regulations to adhere to, which may cause delays, however the end result which Pang Giap delivers is great.

Nicholas rendered excellent service in response to inquiries regarding quotations and installation applications. Mr. Ang, who possessed extensive senior experience, conducted all measurements. A reasonable cost. Completed quickly. I will recommend this to my peers and family. Many thanks.

I am sharing my positive experience with engaging the service of Pang Giap to replace my window grille. I only manage to find Pang Giap doing the slim frame grilles, which can be installed within the frame of the windows. I drop them an email to enquire and got replies promptly, progress to using whatapp to communicate with Nicholas. Mr Ang came down for site visit and provide a final quotation which was lower than the estimated figure base on my own measurement. After making deposit, I realise a mistake I made in my initial request, contacted Nicholas and Mr Ang actually call me back to confirm the changes. Mr Ang actually made another trip down to my place to confirm the measurement again before actual fabrication. A group of 3 came down on installation day punctually and get the installation done swiftly, no mistakes in final product. Highly recommended their services and products.

Had new white aluminium window grilles and a wrought iron door grille installed in my house by Pang Giap. Excellent service from both Nicholas and Mr. Ang. Very smooth and fast process from start (works proposal over call) to end (installation). Prices are very reasonable and they're flexible to make variations and recommendations when they come over to take measurements. Works require about 2-3 weeks lead time and installation was on time and only took half a day. Aluminium window grilles look good and slide easily, wrought iron door grille sturdy and true to colour. Also, I'm very pleased that their wrought iron door grille can be customized to my design (which was based on a combi of 3 of their designs). There're some slight variations from my original draft but I feel the variations made the final product look even better than my original design. Overall, would highly recommend Pang Giap to anyone requiring grilles.

I had installed the window grilles with Pang Giap sometime in April 2023, earlier this year. I happened to read good reviews on Google and decided to seek a quotation and Mr Ang came down personally for measurement. At that time, I was considering installing invisible grilles and had gotten two quotations. I have no regrets installing their Slim Window Grilles, over invisible grille which I must install vertically. Mr Ang was thorough in his measurements of all windows. He also provided good & professional advice to reinforce window grilles at kitchen and toilet. He also took effort to meet my timing, to install just days before my move-in date (about 3 weeks from measurement dates). Skillful and good workmanship from the workers.

This is my second time engaging Pang Giap. The first time was 26 years old when I bought my resale 5-rm flat for sliding windows and grills. Remember some guests commented they like the design of the grills back in those days. Fast forward to 2023, when my ID told me to engage my own contractor for windows grills as it would be more cost-effective then going through them. I immediately googled Pang Giap and was glad they are still in business. I contacted them via enquiry form on website and Nicolas got back to me the next day. During the on-site visit to take measurements, Mr. Wang (the manager) himself came to do it. He gave me sound advice and reasons for not selecting certain designs I have in mind. I took his suggestions. Subsequently, I had some questions which I texted Nicolas in the day and was surprised that Mr. Wang contacted me the same night to respond to my queries. He patiently allayed any concerns I have. On installation day, the workers came on time and completed on time. I am happy with the result which is what I expected and read on their website. I will not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who need it. Thanks Pang Giap :)

I engaged Pang Giap as I needed a fence/gate built for my new place. After enquiring with several contractors I decided to go with them due to their reasonable pricing and the attentiveness of the team, which consists of the boss Mr Ang and his son Nicholas. As I have pets and their safety is my utmost priority, I had very specific requirements for my gate and Mr Ang and Nicholas were very understanding and willing to accommodate for that. I engaged then close to the CNY period so as expected there were some delays as well as due to unforeseen wet weather. However the team was always apologetic about any delays and took the time to explain the cause which is far better than many other contractors out there where you are just at their mercy. Definitely recommend them for their good workmanship and reliable customer service!

The boss, Mr. Ang who personally visited my home for measurement is professional and friendly in the quotation with favourable discount on the service provided. Nicholas is responsive and approachable in whatsapp regarding my queries on service/product required. The specialists who came for installation are disciplined and careful in the entire process. This is my first engagement with the company and will return back again for the service required if any.

This is the second time that we have engaged Pang Giap to install slim window grilles and metal gate, and we are satisfied with the service provided. It has been 1.5 years since we first engaged them and there have been no issues faced after installation. The team is responsive and meticulous, and offers reasonable prices too.
