Jason has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Although we installed our windows more than 2 years ago, he was quick to respond when we encountered a problem recently. He arranged for his team to assess the problem in less than a week and they rectified it immediately. His installation team of Roy & co did a great job!

Poor quality and workmanship. The windows should have been 3 x mullion removable but it came only 2. Sale guy trying to ask me to accept it and giving lots of reason. Onsite they try to fix it, it is definitely not as good as fabrication from factory in alignment. See picture, that it is dented inwards and lots of holes going to be silicon seal. Disappointed in the professionalism and workmanship, period. Don't every make full payment before delivery. Once you pay, it will be their own sweet time to deliver and install. Will regret it.

   Response from the business

Dear Chien Teen, Thank you for working with our team to resolve the issue onsite and for completing the full balance payment. We completely understand why the initial appearance of the window frame raised concerns, so let us clarify a few technical points for anyone reading: 1. Removable vs fixed mullion – Your unit was supplied with a factory-made removable center mullion. This design lets you remove the panel in the future (e.g., for large-item moves) but is naturally less rigid than a permanently screwed mullion. Acoustic and safety performance remain within spec. 2. “Dent” at the connection – What looks like an inward dent is actually the recessed pocket that locks the mullion flush to the frame. This is the correct engineering detail, not a defect. 3. Frame-to-cement contact – Our top and bottom frames are installed in direct contact with the wall’s cement layer for long-term weatherproofing. Sealant is only a supplementary finish; it is normal to see the frame set slightly into the opening before final touch-ups. Once again, we regret any stress caused by incomplete explanations at the outset and appreciate your patience while our technicians aligned the mullion and finished the seal properly onsite. Your feedback helps us improve communication so future customers understand these construction details from day one. Meanwhile, If you notice anything else during the 36months warranty period, please let us know—we’ll be there promptly. Thank you again for choosing Fortune and for sharing your experience. — The Fortune Team

I used Fortuna soundproof windows for my first home 5 years ago. After comparing the solution and prices of all the soundproof window providers, I decided to use Fortuna again for my second home. To my surprise, the sales person and installation team lead who contacted me for my second home window installation are exactly the same ones as 5 years ago for my first home, which means their team has a very low turnover rate and their service standards are consistent over the years. And the reality proved the same, my main road facing bedrooms become so quiet after the soundproof windows installation that my family and I could finally have a good sleep at night. Thanks to the sales person Jason's prompt and detailed response to all my queries, and also thanks to Kumar and the team for the professional and hassle free windows installation service. Should I have my third home in the future, I'll definitely use Fortuna again.

I was disturbed by motorcycle noises, crows, and just a bunch of noises at night and couldn’t sleep, thanks to Jason and his team, the noises reduced by 80-90%…and the nightmare is finally over, they are pricey, but I believe they are worth it.

Our home was attended by salesperson Jason and installation team Saddam. They were all extremely professional & even went the extra mile to view the apartment to get measurements before the final quotation. When installing the windows, they also set up extra safety barriers at the bottom of the block to prevent any potential danger to passerbys. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for regular or soundproof windows 😊

I contacted several companies to inquire about the installation of new driveway gates. Joe has been outstanding from the first moment of contact, through his follow-up and excellent communication all the way through the design and installation process! Outstanding service and the gates are great quality and look excellent

installed 5 years already, our neighbour laser cut mild steel gate already rusted, and ours is still looking brand new. Fortune is the only few gate companies in singapore fabricating in-house stainless steel. The showroom display array of stainless steel gate design I recommend Johnny whom used to a technician, now promoted to a sales manager

I wanted a gate reminisced of my younger days living in Katong. After much testing and R&D, Joe and his team custom fabricate a iron one framing each and every glass panel in the thinnest profile I dare hope for. See for yourselves. And all the tweaking afterwards with neither a whimper or complain. What can I say… I recommend them without reservation.

Workmanship was good. Salesperson KC was straightforward and tried his best to cater to our needs. We changed all our windows and sliding balcony door and they took their time and did not rush through, making sure everything was perfect. When an unforeseen problem occurred they discussed with us and solved the issue. Overall a good experience and reasonably priced. Responsive and responsible.
