   Very bad quality gate. After using for 2 years, the gate shows crack at the hinges. Hence, the gate cannot be locked due to misalignment. Company tries to push the responsibility and shows no action, only solution is to buy new door. Door given was not even fire rated even though it says in the quotation 30mins fire rated door. Waste money.

   Dear Pamela, we would like to clarify the facts regarding this matter. The gate was installed approximately two years ago and had been functioning properly throughout this period. The alignment issue was only reported after renovation works were carried out at the unit. When the issue was first raised, we were not informed about the renovation. We were subsequently informed by a family member that the renovation works had affected the gate alignment. It was also confirmed that the gate was not checked during the final handover of the renovation works. Given that the gate had functioned properly for approximately two years and the issue only occurred after the renovation, it is not reasonable to conclude that the gate suddenly became misaligned by itself without considering the impact of those works. We did not ask you to purchase a new door or state that this was the only solution. We advised you to check with your renovation contractor, as they should inspect and rectify any alignment issue resulting from the renovation before handing over the completed works. The gate is beyond our one-year warranty period. Nevertheless, we responded and advised you on the appropriate party to approach based on the circumstances. Regarding the main door, it is a certified 30-minute fire-rated door as stated in our quotation. The relevant fire-rating certificate and fire-label documentation are available for verification. We take responsibility for our products and workmanship. However, we must also correct statements that do not accurately reflect the facts or our response to this matter.

   The sales girl very patient in helping me choose color and gave me helpful advice. The process was well-organized, promptly scheduled appointments with me, allowing me to have the installation completed before moving in

   Paid 80% deposit. Invoice stated included main frame, salesman come back to say made a mistake is not inclusive. After I pointed out he said ok they will honour . But to make an apptmt just to take measurement he is dragging. He said maybe Fri can. What do you mean maybe. As explained we are working and we need to ensure someone is around. You have zero respect of ppl time as well as a questionable integrity. Other contractors flooring, windows all understand that customers need a site visit day arranged and firm up as we need to apply leave and in fact they are the ones who keep following up what us when we want them to come down and do the site visits. We paid you 80% down payment in good faith, not begging you to do the job for free. Im very disappointed with this company !

   Really happy with my new main and br doors! The salesperson gave me a competitive quote upfront and the doors were solid, nicely laminated and carefully installed. Communication was slow at times but what's critical was addressed in a timely manner, and fabrication was done within a few days. No fuss when I highlighted that I needed another type of door closer hinge as I have to open cabinet doors behind my main door. Would highly recommend this company for the quality of their doors, pricing and service commitment.

   We used them to change the doors of our resale HDB. Very responsive and competitive pricing. We were in a rush but they managed to accommodate us and finished the job on time. The doors turned out much better than expected. Definite thumbs up.

   Very poor after-sales service. There were no timely updates from the measurement stage all the way through to installation. Communication from the sales representative was lacking, with information only provided at the very last minute. Additionally, they were late by several hours on both occasions. I would advise others to proceed with caution if you’re considering engaging their services.

    I had Niu Men Doors to replaced my 4 bedroom and 1 storeroom doors. I also had them replaced my 2 toilet doors to swing and slide type. To be honest their contractor was professional and did an amazing job. All in i was satisfied with the materials and workmanship provided.     We decided to take the 4-in-1 package (gate + smart lock, fire-rated main door + smart lock and 3 bedroom doors). Pricing was reasonable, and workmanship was good. There is also a warranty period and the customer service support has been fairly responsive as well. Will consider to engage them again in future.
