Update on Team Mani 😅 Team Mani is still a patient and nice guy, but unfortunately, the saga continues. They came today to replace my main door. Good news — the previous door handle problem has finally been rectified. 👍 BUT… a new problem appeared. 🤦‍♂️ While drilling the peephole, they caused a big chip on the laminate of the new door. Now the door has to be re-laminated. 😩 And the best part? They asked me if I could do without the main door for the time being and just lock my gate! 😂 At this point, I really don’t know whether to laugh or cry. So, if you’re thinking of getting them to change your door… think twice! You might solve one problem and get another one for free. 😅

The upper knob of my sliding door broke, so I engaged the supplier to arrange for a repair. The previous technician came to replace the knob, but less than a week later, it flew off. After that, the knob kept popping out regardless of how carefully we closed the door. Another technician, Lingam, came down to take a look. The moment he saw the issue, he immediately knew what had happened — there was no screw securing the knob in place! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m really surprised that the previous technician could have missed something so basic. Thankfully, Lingam identified the problem immediately and fixed it within seconds. Good job, Lingam, and thank you for your prompt and efficient service!
