   We have engaged Mr Than for a project. After it was completed, I tried reaching out to Mr Than multiple times for their products documentations and queries. But he either does not respond or replies late (few weeks later and disappeared again). After sales support is extremely unreliable in this regard.

Based on our records, the project was successfully completed and handed over in 3Q 2025, and the necessary documentation and information were provided during the course of the project. More recently, although the project had already been completed, we still arranged a meeting in good faith to better understand whether there were any remaining items we could assist with. We understand that timely communication is important. The project manager you referred to has been on overseas leave, which may have contributed to some delay in follow-up, but we certainly did not intend to leave your queries unattended.
