Exceptional Craftsmanship & Service from Yong Fang Wood Products While searching for a unique main door design for my previous home, I chanced upon Yong Fang Wood Products’ Classic European Door, and it was exactly what I had envisioned. I wanted something different from the standard HDB doors, something that would allow light to pass through from the foyer without darkening the walkway. That discovery led to my first order with Yong Fang, and I have never looked back. This is now my second time engaging Yong Fang for my new home, and once again, they have truly impressed. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Shirley, whose service has been exceptional. Throughout the renovation journey, she has been consistently responsive, thoughtful, and customer-focused, always ready to address any concerns and offer guidance with professionalism and warmth. The quality of Yong Fang’s doors speaks for itself. Their woodwork is solid and beautifully designed, and the paint finish is flawless, requiring no touch-ups. The timeless aesthetic and sturdy craftsmanship elevate the entire entryway of my home. A big thank you also to Mr. Cheong, the installer, and Mr. Chuan Steven, the painter. Their workmanship is of the highest standard, meticulous, skilled, and efficient. The installation was smooth, and the finishing touches were immaculate. It's rare to find a company that consistently delivers both premium quality products and genuine service. Yong Fang Wood Products has earned my trust and loyalty. I am proud to be a returning customer, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking elegant, high-quality doors with a personal touch. Highly recommended to anyone looking for timeless quality and a worry-free experience.

This is my second time getting my house doors from Yong Fang, and they have never disappointed. Their solid wood doors are of outstanding quality- sturdy, durable, and beautifully designed, which is hard to find in the market today. The workmanship is excellent, with great attention to detail, and the doors truly elevate the look of my home. What I also appreciate is their professional and responsive customer service. From consultation to installation, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. It really shows that they take pride not only in their products but also in the service they provide. If you are looking for doors that are built to last, look elegant, and come with reliable after-sales support, I would highly recommend Yong Fang. They are definitely my go-to for doors.

We have used Yong Fang door for our house mainly the Pintu Pagar door and also our colonial doors at the balcony at level 2 and 3. We love their service, even after a year where we needed help to do some repair for the Pintu Pagar door - Yong Fang team was very prompt to send people onsite to assist. Material used for these doors are so good, even after 2+ years, it still look so good.

Could not have made a better choice when choosing a door supplier. Jean was in contact with me from the time I first enquired and has always been responsive and prompt in replies. I had reached out to a couple of door suppliers to enquire about a door design for my very thin and tall door opening, and got the best suggestions from yong fang. Jean gave recommendations from designs to door/ fixed panel height to type of door handle to use. Her to-scale mockup of the door was so professional. Everything from enquiry to installation and payment has been perfect.

Highly recommend Yong Fang as they are very responsive on WhatsApp and knowledgeable. The wooden main door at my condo is almost 30 years old and the same door design is no longer made in fire-rated version so it is hard to do a 1-to-1 replacement. Jean came by my place to assess what options can be done to resolve the door misalignment issue and suggested some options for us to consider. Workmanship done by the carpenters was also well done. Fingers crossed that there are no further issues with the door as it so difficult to replace the door. Very grateful for Jean and her team and Yong Fang.

The carpenter came promptly and did a very thorough job of repairing a part of my wooden glass panel that’s been eaten by woodworms! Very pleased with the results! Job well done! Keep it up!

We have been wanting a Peranakan door for our kitchen. We found Yong Fang and are so very glad we did. Yong Fang was able to customize the door to our requirements - selection of the tiles, lock and design of the door. We are now happy to have that beautiful door in the house.

Yong Fang did a very beautiful Peranakan kitchen sliding door for my new home 8 years ago. We decided to reach out to them again recently when we decided to install a Peranakan door for our toilet makeover. No doubt there are many vendors around, and Yong Fang's price is slightly on the higher end, I would say that one would never go wrong with Yong Fang, as you get what you pay for: the beautiful workmanship, painting work, and the good quality solid door. My 8-year-old kitchen sliding door is still looking perfectly beautiful until now and is always the highlight of my home until today. Jean, the salesperson, is very patient and knowledgeable to give us constructive advice when we met up with her at the factory to decide on the design and tiles. Apart from the beautifully crafted door by the carpenter, the varnisher also did a very beautiful painting job to match our existing door frame colour to our new door. I would say that the entire team took pride in their work. Thank you all—Jean, Carpenter, and the Varnisher. You guys are awesome! I would not hesitate to recommend Yong Fang to anyone who needs good quality doors.

I approached Yong Fang Doors to custom make a french door for my kitchen entrance. Jean was my sales consultant. We went to their showroom to take a look at their doors and asked a lot of questions while we were there. Jean was very professional and knowledgeable in their products. You can customise a lot of things to your liking, such as the look of the door, the wood varnish, the size of the glass, colour of hinges, and even the door stopper style. They were so efficient, their carpenter came to take measurements at our place the next day. Everything was smooth during installation day as well, there were zero hiccups. My husband and I are very satisfied with the outcome of our french door and we definitely recommend Yong Fang Doors. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Went on google search as I planned to change my resident's door to a solid wood type. So I found Yong Fang Wood Products Pte Ltd to request for an assistance on quotation. They responded swiftly with very good deal and advice on what type of door to change and suggested to install solid Nyatoh architrave to the door frame in order to save cost. My door was installed within half a day by their experience carpenter with fine workmanship. Well done Yong Fang 👍

High recommended! Tks Shirley for your kind assistance, suggestions and good advice, as well as your others colleagues - carpenter delivered a good quality and awesome works, and the painter too. Although both are senior, yet they are very serious and focus on their jobs, to make sure to deliver a quality works to customers.Tks Yong Fong, love all the wood pieces of product.

Renovating a house can be costly but I would say choose your spending wisely. I have engaged yongfang to customize my main door, kitchen sliding door and Louvre toilet door and it was the best decision I have made for the home. Everyone fell in love with the doors at first sight. Considering the quality, workmanship and great service they offer, it was a breeze and the most comforting process to deal with during a stressful reno project. I am so thankful to have met Jean who assisted me with my choices (being most fickle minded) from design to color and the finest architraves were all discussed and advised according to my preference and yet taking into consideration of practicality. I will definitely engage YongFang doors again and would highly recommend them to all my fellow friends and family! Thank u Jean once again for the lovely and prompt coordination and guidance throughout the journey. Answering all my questions timely and helping me against all odds (reno hiccups) I truly appreciate your time!

I completely changed out the main door of my new build because we hated the sad looking grey colour and the proportion of the double leaf door was off. I googled and contacted Yong Fang. Shirley attended to me. She was professional and present the properties of wood and design with flair. Together we designed the door and I have to thank Shirley for her patience because it was my first time designing my own main door. I had so much of questions and was so unsure …. Am so glad and thankful she took the time to explain and hand hold me through the entire process. We both love the end product of my main door. The attention to details and their master’s dedication is worth commending. Thank you so much for everything ! Thank you Yong Fang !

Changed my bathroom door and frame and 2 of my existing bedroom doors. Super satisfied and happy with the service - from Jean who assisted me via video calls and text (because my ID didn’t do a proper job of my toilet ledge), to the carpenter who installed the door (workmanship is fantastic), and the painter who came to touch up the doors. Excellent quality and no regrets engaging them for my doors!

We had a horrible experience with our handy man Saifu. Very poor attitude and poor workmanship. Saifu couldn't get the door aligned and worst of all the door cannot close. Our nightmare starts when he just disappeared despite attempts to get him rectify his work. In desperation I googled n found Yong Fang Wood company at Toh Guan area. Fantastic company. It was Sat 30/12/23, almost impossible to get help to rectify our bedroom door. But at 10.15 am I met Miss Jean at her office to seek help. She was friendly and kind to give me a listening ear about my problem. Even though it's a holiday season and very tight work schedule she said she will try to find a slot to send her carpenter to our house. But it can only be scheduled for next week. Later in the afternoon she contacted me that she can send her carpenter at 3 pm. It was so wonderful. She's Very willing to go an extra mile to help out. Thanks Jean Her carpenter came to rectify the door. Very professional and skillful. Very good workmanship. It's incredible. I m so thankful to Jean for her kindness to arrange for a carpenter at the last minute request. Well done 👍 good job for a perfect workmanship Highly recommend to use Yong Fang Wood company. Reliable and professional. Excellent work attitude and quality workmanship

We engaged Yong Fang for our shaker doors and french double door and we love how they turned out. Jean was responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. She advised us on the door design for better aesthetics and also made sure it was practical. This was great as we didn’t have an interior designer and her extensive experience came in handy. As with any renovation, there were some hiccups here and there but Jean handled it well. They were also able to accommodate our renovation schedule. Although they’re more costly than others, the quality of their doors really shines through and their customer service is excellent

Yong Fang did an awesome job on our new kitchen door. We had our new kitchen door installed due to the new air conditioner we just installed in the living room. I liaised with Jean and she was very patient and prompt in answering all of my questions and addressing any concerns throughout the process. The crew was always professional, clean, and courteous. Overall, we would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area. Mr. Cheong or Uncle Long has done a very good job. His workmanship is excellent, and he is very experienced and careful. Jean and Uncle Long are indeed an asset to Yong Fang company.

My wife and I engaged them because we had a crooked “arch” and Shirley advised us accordingly and we couldn’t be happier with the end product! Beautiful arch door, friendly staff and good craftsmanship. Best parts are the speedy and empathetic replies and the mindfulness of the staff when it comes to protecting the rest of the house as all our tiling and carpentry were already up. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience! 🤗

We have heard so much about Yong Fang on their Peranakan doors. So we had our Peranakan kitchen barn door customised by YF. Jean has been so patient with us in the selection of Color and tiles right to the handle. She is also very knowledgeable about her furniture business. Even when we decide to change a tone darker after the door has been varnished, Jean was ever so willing to oblige and she got it done for us. For this, we are very grateful and thankful. For anyone who wants any quality customised doors and windows we highly recommend YF!

Hired Yong fang to make the doors for the kitchen, entryway, and three bedrooms. Service from Jean is excellent. really understanding and sincere. She scheduled the installer uncle to visit my house to look at the uneven wall and door frames so she could make sure the door could be put without any problems. The doors are well-built and beautiful. The installer uncle is a highly skilled and enthusiastic carpenter . He saw to it that everything was done properly. Through the entire renovation, he is my best contractor. Both Jean and Uncle get a perfect score.
