Top-notch sliding doors and phenomenal service from Austscreen! We recently installed sliding doors from Austscreen following a recommendation from Elaine, and the experience from start to finish has been outstanding. The quality of the doors, the glass is immediately noticeable—sturdy, beautifully finished, and built to last. The standout feature for us is glass quality and the easy the performance of the rollers. The sliding mechanism is effortlessly smooth and whisper-quiet; you can move the doors with just a light push, which speaks volumes about the hardware and craftsmanship. What impressed us just as much was their after-sales support. On the rare occasion we needed follow-up assistance, their team was swift, responsive, and completely hassle-free to work with. A huge thank you to Elaine for the great recommendation, and to the Austscreen team for delivering both fantastic products and reliable service. Highly recommended!

Very pleased and satisfied with the sliding door and the service we received from Austscreen. We had been to a few glass vendors, and most of the salespeople were not able to advise on technical stuff. But Daniel from Austscreen requested to see our site photos and suggested adding metal support and was able to answer all our questions and advise accordingly. The installation team was great too; they let us know when it was done and waited for us to go over the site and walked through with us to test the sliding door. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Impressed with the product and the workmanship. We came to Austscreen after our ID’s glass contractor installed a low quality synchronised sliding door with poor installation workmanship. Upon seeing the product at Austscreen, we could immediately feel the difference in product quality. After installation, it was obvious that the workmanship was also on point. Would highly recommend Austscreen!

Everyone at AustScreen (from Donald-owner to administrator, measurement guy & installer) has been most helpful, prompt & professional in my dealing with them. We installed their showerscreens in our bathrooms during the previous renovation some 15 years ago & their products & workmanship have been great which is why we decided to go back to them this second time round without hesitation.

I engaged austscreen to install their doors for my 2 bathrooms and a studyroom. At the time of this writing, it’s been 3 months since and the doors are working as good as new. During the installation there were hiccups but the staff were quick to response and resolve the issue at the earliest time possible. I am very happy with the service and will definitely consider engaging them in future!

Austscreen's shower screen is good and reliable. The roller mechanism makes the opening and closing smooth and effortless. Their workers were clearly very skilful, which make the installation process fast and seamless. My wife and I are glad that we engaged Austscreen for the installation and appreciate the excellent service they provided.

Happy with the efficiency and quality of service provided. The initial consultation, including recommendations on door designs and glass options based on my flat’s floor plan, was especially helpful in guiding my decision. The soft-closing mechanism and smooth sliding doors are well-installed and function seamlessly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I appreciate the team's professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to delivering quality work. I would gladly recommend their services to others. Thank you, Donald and Daniel!

We engaged Austscreen through our ID and went to their showroom to view the different types of glass for sliding door. Their workmanship was great and they helped to cover up the sliding door to protect from our remaining reno works.

Had a great experience with Austscreen Pte Ltd. We were introduced to them by our ID from Senso Studio, Germaine Neo, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their workmanship is excellent and the team was very efficient. Installation was fast and hassle-free, with a lead time of under 2 weeks upon payment. We chose a white frame with 8mm clear glass that’s heat-strengthened, in a fluted frosted finish, and it turned out absolutely beautiful. It really elevated the whole look of our kitchen while still maintaining privacy. Very happy with the results, highly recommend them for their quality work and reliable service!

I got to know about Austscreen through a YouTube video. Met up with Donald and Song Lim and they were kind enough to show me the soft closing sliding door and shower screen. Firm up the order and thanks to Xiao Zhou and his crew for their expertise in removing the existing sliding door and installing the new soft closing 4 panel sliding doors. To Mr Heng for his meticulous effort in measuring and explaining how the new door will fit. Lastly, to Ms Ho for all the co-ordination works and prompt replies. Thanks again for a job well done 👍👍👍.

I had installed a couple of Austscreen’s glass sliding doors for my toilets before the Covid period. Yesterday afternoon, one of the door’s auto-close mechanism gave way. I contacted the company immediately. This afternoon, they fixed the door and it’s working like new again. I am very impressed with their quick response and professionalism. Well done and thank you for great after-sale service, Austscreen 👏 Also, I must add that this is the first product fault I have encountered despite heavy usage of the doors for past 6 years. Good stuff 👍

Truly impressed by the quality of work and service standards of Austscreen! From the boss to the installer, they displayed high level of professionalism and knowledge. It was a very smooth and happy experience from initial site assessment to installation and adjustment. Thank you for proving that 54cm door width is doable! I will highly recommend Austscreen to all others and I will only look for them if I want to do glass door again in future.

This is our second time engaging Austscreen for our home renovation, having worked with them 6 years ago. Both times, we had a fantastic experience dealing with Donald and his capable team. During installation, his workers were professional, and spent significant effort over 2 days ensuring that all doors were properly installed. Because Austscreen deals with large amounts of raw material, it operates its own factory in Singapore, providing them speed and flexibility in responding to any issues. This meant a very short lead time for minor rectification works. We also appreciated the focus on product development, allowing us to incorporate interesting solutions for our home such as a ghost door for the toilet, a half glass bidirectional swing door for our yard, and pivot shower screen which enabled us to enclose the area and maximize space. There were also several glass options we could choose from, apart from fluted glass which is becoming increasingly common these days. We chose a design that featured small squares imprinted on the glass, and love how it elevates the look of our home especially when light hits at certain angles. On top of the wide range of products (we did 7 different types of doors/screens from them), Austscreen also offers different colours for the aluminum profiles, apart from the cookie cutter white or black. We went with Sandstone, a custom colour that matches the colour scheme of our house perfectly. As for our previous home, the buyers loved the shower screens and glass doors we got from Austscreen, and intentionally instructed their ID to retain them. Despite being 6 years old, these screens/doors have withstood the stand of time and repeated daily usage, a testament to their high quality. Overall, we highly recommend Austscreen, and suggest checking out their newly revamped showroom to test and feel the product quality in real life to make your own judgement.

I have my kitchen glass screen doors and study room fluted glass screen door installed by Austscreen 3 years ago when I was renovating my place. The screen doors had been working well with no problem over the past 3 years. Today while cleaning the kitchen panels, the track cable snapped and with the help of my ID, she arranged for the Austscreen team to come over within 5 hours on a Saturday. The cable was repaired and they went on to tighten the screws on both the kitchen screens and study screens as well. What surprises me was that when I asked about the repair payment, the service guy replied that there will be no charge as his boss is very particular about after-sales service! I'm impressed with the quality of the repair service and the staffs' attitude with this situation. Definitely recommending Austscreen for their quality product and service!

I had a sliding glass door installed by this Austscreen as well as window paneling to seal off my kitchen 2 years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. They were able to help me choose the perfect door and style to match my home’s aesthetic, offering a variety of high-quality options. The installation itself was flawless—completed on time, with minimal disruption, and the craftsmanship is exceptional. The soft-close doors operates smoothly and has significantly improved both the functionality and appearance of my living space. What stood out most was the excellent customer service—everyone I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and genuinely committed to ensuring my satisfaction. It’s rare to find such a reliable, skilled company these days, and I will highly recommend them for anyone in need of sliding glass door installation. They truly went above and beyond!

I'm impressed with the service and quality of product from Austscreen. I bought the 2 panel sliding door (with soft closing) for my kitchen from Austscreen, and they were the only company that was able to fulfil all the conditions in my checklist. Firstly, they were the only company (and I've asked about 17 companies) that were able to do 2 panel sliding door of less than 500mm per panel with soft closing. All the other 16 companies that I've enquired were unable to meet this requirement. I must say that I'm very impressed with the amount of R&D that Austscreen does in order to cater to the needs of home owners, especially those with young kids, soft closing is very important. Secondly, we wanted fabric glass for our door. Almost 90% of the other 16 companies were unable to provide this. Austscreen was the rare few companies that stay ahead of industry advancements, offering fabric glass as part of their product lineup. In addition, they were the only company that provided fabric glass with BOTH tempered glass AND laminate - giving me added assurance of safety for young children. Thirdly, their team is very professional and provided very good service. I was liaising with Song Lim and Donald, they took time to explain to me and provided me with key information for me to make an informed choice. Lastly, their product is truly with quality. Their workmanship is great! The whole experience has been pleasant, the product is wonderful and I will recommend people to Austscreen if you are looking at aesthetic, durable and safe sliding doors. ps: I'm not a very good photographer so the photos taken cant really capture the beauty of the door.

The staff even went the extra mile to share on caring and maintenance of the door and screen, Extremely professional throughout the entire process. Very happy with the final installation. Ozscreen worked closely with my contractor to ensure that everything was installed smoothly. During the sale process, they also provided alot of good ideas and tips on how to make the sliding door work for my space. The mechanism provided by ozscreen is very sturdy. I am a big dude and even when I use alot of strength on the system, it closes smoothly and stops gently without slamming.

Ozscreen is really professional and did a great job. We went to the showroom twice to check out their quality. Donald explained and helped with our questions to us well. The 3-person installation team came over during installation and they are a very experienced team. They took good care of our flooring and furnitures while setting the sliding kitchen door up. They also gave very clear guidelines to use the sliding doors.

The installers are very professional and detailed. Witnessed how they installed and I'm very impressed. The installer also teaches us how to maintain it. Good quality with reasonable price. Would recommend if you are looking for sliding glass door.

Great job from Ozscreen on my 5 meter long sliding door with 6 panels(2 fixed, 4 sliding). The customer experience was excellent from the beginning to the end. We met the owner, Donald, who gave us a tremendous sense of confidence, which was backed by Daniel, who did a meticulous job on measuring the dimensions for the sliding door. Finally, the installation team for the sliding door was led by Chua, who made sure the installation was done properly. The installation team also carried a 5 meter long metal face plate up the stairs from the ground floor to the 13th floor because it couldn't fit into the elevator. The sliding door looks and works great, and this is the result of a robust process from site measurement, production, and installation. I am not an ID nor in the trade. I am just an ordinary guy who appreciates good service and quality.

I had engaged OzScreen to install 3 sets of sliding doors for the renovation of my new place. It was a great job by the OzScreen team. I am really impressed by the workmanship and quality of the products. The suggestions proposed by the sales person were practical and blends perfectly well with the overall theme of my place. From the start of measurement to quotation to installation, we had been very impressed with the amount of detail taken. The installation team was well coordinated and know their task at hand. They were conscientious, dedicated & careful. The amount of dedication and focus on their craft cannot simply comes from the the workers alone but also speaks volumes of the efforts put in by their leaders in ensuring the end quality of its finished products. I am extremely impressed and strongly recommend their product and services. Thank you OzScreen !!
