Honest business with genuine integrity. I changed out my doors a few years ago with Moh Sim, and this is my second time engaging them because I truly trust their door quality. During my major home renovation last year, I chose to keep the doors as they were still in excellent condition. After the renovation, I noticed some issues with the doors not closing properly. I contacted Clara, and she was incredibly helpful and kind—she even came by personally to assess the situation. She explained clearly what had gone wrong and how the closure could be improved, so I could get my contractor to address the issues. This is what real post‑sales service looks like: sincere help without trying to make money off me. Thank you so much for the trustworthiness and integrity!

Clara is helpful by giving advice on all my doors based on your home theme, and still gave me the flexibility to amend even after confirmation. The after service is also fast and helpful. Love the doors and services!

Five stars for Moh Sim! It was a pleasure working from start to finish with Clara. Moh Sim had a challenging job to replace our existing doors while we are still in the house. The team was professional and kept their work tidy, and the finish and quality of my new doors are amazing! Thank you Moh Sim!!

I highly recommend this company. I wanted to buy a new main door to replace my existing door. Contacted a few companies found via google maps. Moh Sim Wood Products is the only one who asked me what was wrong with my current door. They requested videos for the area of concern. Then they kindly informed me that they can repair the door instead of replacing it. Saved me money and the door was repaired the next morning. Their staff are all pleasant and efficient! Thank you!!
