Terrible experience, bought 2 of their most expensive toilet fold swing doors($500+ each). Both looks like refurbished items with scratches on the door totally does not look like their showroom samples with paint scratched off the handle and frame. Storeroom door hinge was protruding out and installer and pd door themselves refused to find hinges that fit my door frame which they surveyed before fabrication and installation. Lastly sliding Glassdoor, told the measurement guy to ensure that we don't want to see the top panel/frame, told them that we don't need the lock anymore therefore side panel/ frame is not required, when the glass door came, nothing was done correctly.
Installer attitude was rude and full of excuses, admitted that these are manufacturing defects and only used silicone to patch up only (bought new door and due to delivery issues customer have to accept damaged items), when asked to fix the protruding hinge, only explanation he gave is he don't drill into metal door frames as he does not have the tool to do so and the hinge provided to him are standard sizes hinges. Salesperson asked us to pay 50% of the glassdoor to rectify their own communication errors.... which they will take back the existing door. Terrible, very regret having to engage them. Worldclass pricing items with third class installer and product quality, no wonder they are not CASE ACCREDITED please avoid at all cost! Worse than my hip toilet door... Seriously 😒

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service – Highly Recommended!
I am extremely happy and impressed with PD Door Pte Ltd service. From the beginning, everything was explained very clearly and patiently by a staff, Sj Wong. Before I made my purchase, he went through the drawings, materials, designs, and functions of the doors with me step by step, making sure I fully understood everything. I have honestly never experienced such detailed and attentive service before.
The windows are beautifully designed and the quality is excellent. I am very happy with the final result. The installation workers were also very professional, helpful, and friendly throughout the installation.
