We ordered door from them via Yale at Bukit Panjang outlet. on the day of the door measurements they did not come at the stipulated time, they told me is morning 16 April before 12 noon. so I applied for half day leave. They didnt show up, and nobody bothered to call me, until I call the yale sales person. Wasted half day of my leave, then they told me someone will call me to come down tomorrow. But no one called, and yale Sales staff told me is between 8-830am, they only arrived 910 am, after i call the Sales staff, they didnt bother to call me back. Today is the installation date, and the told us the timing is between 830-930am. Up till now 10: 15am , still no one is here, no call from their side.

Excellent service by Yong. He recommends according to our needs and did not try to upsell us. Yong also patiently explained to us how does the digital lock works and how to maintain our digital lock. Highly recommend anyone who wants to change their door or get a digital lock to come here.

Ally Factory is highly recommended if you need good advice on Yale lock product. The sale person Joey New is very knowledgeable on the product and able to explain in detailed the plus and minus of each model. She even make suggestion to you what best suit you for your need. Anson is another person I want to comment upon. He friendly and easy person to approach. If you are looking service and want to know more of Yale products. I would highly recommend to you head down to their showroom at Bukit Batok. Even you did not buy from them you will benefit from their service and product knowledge.
