Came across this local business selling quality door handles while I was renovating my place. Decided to purchase all my door handles from them for my home four years ago. I first liaised with Jacky and he provided good service. However, I understand that Jacky left and later Nate managed my queries. Nate has been most kind in managing my issues for all my door handle issues. There were some peeling on some of the handles, and Nate has always attended to my issues and solving all the problems and issues on hand promptly and with honour. Although the door handles weren't the cheapest in the market, I am glad that I bought all my handles from them. The experience with Nate has been top notch and I encourage any contractor or homeowner looking for handles for their new home to purchase with Nate. You will not regret despite paying a small premium on the handles. Thanks Nate for always being there attending to my issues and I hope I will have lesser issues going forward.

Over charges both the product, and service. Furthermore doesn't provide product warranty. Add insult to injury, Mr Nathanael Tan charges $100 for delivery and installation fee, and was very pushy. My father and I tried to install it ourselves, but ended up breaking it; we tried to get it repaired from Mr Fan and we were charged for an exorbentent fee and long waiting time. So I went overseas to have it repaired at fraction of a price. After coming back from overseas I met Mr Tan, and made him to explain to me thoroughly how to install it. Then he retorted to me that I should've paid for the $100 delivery and installation to prevent such an earlier incident from happening.. I don't know what happened afterwards, but I remembered feeling very angry and may have snapped back at him. Overall, Mr Nathanael Tan claims thatbhis company normally deals with contractors who are far more experienced in doing these repairs and installation work, but he can't handle simple customers who most likely don't have experience nor skill to do it safely and properly. He needs to work on his customer handling and relationship skills, and be far more flexible. I'm glad that the brand and product I got from him will definitely last long, and hopefully would last longer than his company.

We are looking to change our door levers and chanced upon NTA which showcased a great selection of Dopa and Ollivari door levers. We were served by Rona who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Was renovating my home and chanced upon this place that sells door handles. Staff were very knowledgeable, they took time to explain to us the different function and requirements. They also took time to help plan out everything that was required. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends!
