Rana is very helpful and friendly. He is very professional in his work, he knows what he is doing when he installed the window mesh. I am glad I chose this company to secure my house for the safety of my pets :) 100 percent recommended!

I just gotten it installed. During the selling, it seemed like it is really secure. But after the installation, the alignment seemed a bit off and there's a small gap at the frame, they rectify it in the end but moving forward i am not sure how stable is this going to be. The reason for giving 2 stars is because of their very last minute change of appointment time. My appt was set at 9am for installation, at 850am i received a msg that it has been changed to 1030am - without any explanation. Of cos i wrote back to express my unhappiness. This was 90mins of delay, not 10-15mins. The reason given was that their workers had stomach emergency, OUT OF CONTROL. Yeap, so at 10mins prior the appt time, your worker had stomach emergency when you were already supposed to be on your way to my place? So my whole morning is designated to wait for you to come and do your work ? To turn it around. If we (customers) were the one who were late and did this last minute change - can your workers accommodate ? Probably we will have to wait for weeks for the next appointment !! I have to admit i was 20mins late on your 1st appointment - and had given you the notice 30mins before appointment. It's 20mins, not 90mins dude. And i gave 30mins notice, not 10 minutes like you !

There were 2 parties involved. The 1st party involved this bespectacled man who will take measurements. For a job that is so simple, he took a long time and even took the wrong measurement. When the installer came, they couldn’t complete the installation because the measurements were wrong. I waited more than 2 months for both grills to be installed. I paid $750 for the slider mesh and $500 for the Velcro mesh. Both mesh, the quality feels cheap, I’m sure this is cheap material from China. Please avoid them, they are not professional, they will not give invoice unless u chase.

It is cheaper than others, but very poor after sales service. The mosquito mesh for window glue comes off after about a week. Unable to contact the owner for warranty repairs too.
