Engaged Overit to replace my old concealed door. Damien explained the process clearly and co-ordinated well with my ID during the whole process. Thumbs up to the staff who came to install the door & frame too! They were polite and punctual. Will definitely recommend Damien and his team for their quality service and product.

We first met Damien at the showroom - Excellent information provided pre-purchase of the doors, and more importantly the after sales replies, and installation has been a very smooth process. Our home build took longer than expected and required flexibility and some urgent help at times - I enjoy the products installed and our whole start to completion has been a breeze. Not to forget, the installers from the company were also very friendly and patient with our questions!

Repurchasing customer. Impressed by the quality of the concealed door - most offerings in Singapore do not meet my standard. Sleep is important to me. So I value a door that provides acoustic buffering and especially a silent opening made possible only through a high quality mortise, handle and hinge. Installation was tricky but Damien’s service excellence only made it better through his Responsive to clarifications and urgent video calls.

After comparing other competitor hidden doors, I found OVERIT doors to be the most aesthetically pleasing as it comes with hidden hinges and no architrave, though there were couple of hiccups during installation between my ID, the team has always tried their best to resolve any issues.

Damien makes my shopping experience at overit a pleasant one. From the beginning, he patiently paced with me as i pondered over the options for the HDB resale flat; throughout the process, he was always there to assist but never pushy or make me feel unworthy as a customer. His empathy in customers' journey is commendable. Thank you.

Looked at a few other brands offering concealed doors before deciding to went with Cubo even when their price is more premium. Really impressed by the quality of the door & service by Damien. There was some delays due to my ID arrangements but Damien was kind enough to push for an earlier installation slot.

The team are very professional and committed to provide top level service and their products are amazing. Love how beautiful and aesthetically matching the doors are, while being light but sturdy without having any sharp edges which is really very safe as well as kids and elderly friendly. Their sales representative, Daryl, is very responsive and helpful. He will step in to ensure proper installation and speedy rectification of any issues faced pre and post installation. After sales service were on point too. Thank you Cubo. For this amazing experience.
