After some research, we decided to go with the company. Although the price was higher, but the gap between the glasses was also the widest. We are pleased with the result. Although i only have the windows in 2 bedrooms, the noise from the road work was reduced significantly when I shut them.

The soundproofing is superb. [This review is done 3 weeks after the installation starting from 15 Apr 2026.]
The first impression honestly blew me away. I was very impressed and amazed by the performance of the window's sound blocking capabilities. The window from Fortuna blocked 99% of external sound (roughly about 38-42dB of sound attenuated) that was coming from normal outside background noise and also a construction site 89m away from my room. Due to this, i was able to properly focus on my studies and academic work. Not only this, i was able to take occasional short naps during the day without it being interrupted by the occasionally loud bang noise from the construction ground boring machine.
Special thanks to Jason for introducing the 3-layers laminated window because my initial goal was to get a 2-layers laminated window with a thermal break layer which might not have performed as well as this.
Even though the cost was quite steep at $2730 (W:1.78m, H:1.393m), the additional $1000+ was a justifiable spending by the incredible performance of the window especially during thunderstorm because i couldn't hear a single drop of rain water and the thunder strike was so soft that i did not even notice it only until my power tripped.
Lastly, i would like to also thank Ramesh's installation team for paying attention to details of my wall and also go the additional length and effort into filling every little gap in the concrete wall to ensure that no sound is able to leak into my room. His commitment to his worksmanship knows no bound.
I would also like to add that ive tried the demo from other soundproofing window companies but it was not as impressive and high performant as Fortuna's window. Even during some of the demos by those other companies, i was able to hear people talking from a few metres away albeit muffled.
The only best one by far was from Fortuna because they showed me a demo of them blasting their extremely powerful speaker at 100% beside the window which was quickly attenuated by 95% after closing it shut.

After enduring noise disturbances for months on end, I decided to look for sound proofing and found Fortuna. Reached out to salesperson Jason and he quickly arranged for an introduction at his workshop. Jason was patient to showcase the level of noise reduction through the different glasses they have and there was no obligation or hard selling on his end. Please note that there will be some waiting time after deposit is made as they have to customise the size of the soundproof windows from overseas. I was delighted that it came a month earlier than expected - April instead May.
Installation was also a breeze. Kumar and his team came down and did a fantastic job. They made sure to cover up my room to ensure the dust does not settle, and even cleaned up very well after installation is completed. All in all, I’m very impressed with them. Highly recommended and thanks to Jason and Kumar’s team!

Jason from Fortuna was very helpful and honest throughout the entire period. We spoke for many months and he even came down to measure our windows. We decided to go ahead and left a deposit, but eventually realized the setup wasn't quite right for our specific needs.
We went down to the store to try and find alternatives. Jason was honest about what the windows could and couldn't do, rather than just trying to close the deal. He was transparent that the other options might not achieve the soundproofing results we were looking for. They eventually agreed to refund our full deposit. The soundproof is great! A lot of difference compared to before the installation.
I do not notice traffic noises now, can sleep better, watch movies loudly without worry about disturbing my neighbours.
The stuff came to the house to take measurements first and some weeks later came for the installation. The installation and dismantling of old windows takes a few hours and it was smooth.
My window is double glazed and there is a colored film applied to it to reduce glare and offer some level of privacy.
Tony is in charge of my unit, he is helpful and professional. I am very happy with his recommendation.

It’s been a year since I installed a soundproof window in my HDB flat, and I’m very happy with it.
I live near carpark gantry and ongoing construction, so the noise used to be quite bad, especially in the mornings and during peak hours. After installing the window, the room is much quieter. I can sleep better and focus more when working from home.
The window still works well after a year. No issues with the frame or seal. Installation took a few hours, and everything was done cleanly.
It wasn’t cheap, but definitely worth it for the peace and quiet. I would recommend it to anyone staying in a noisy area.

1. great service. he was extremely responsive via WhatsApp. shared upfront information for me to consider, and even sent additional information about how to navigate to the showroom. clearly shows a customer-oriented attitude.
2. he knows his stuff. was able to explain to me the different types of window panels and frames, and their pros and cons. he was also able to suggest different designs to suit my needs. for example, if i install a casement window above the aircon compressor, i will need a removable metal frame.

This must be probably the best soundproof windows. I got this window for my master bedroom which directly faces the road. There are many heavy vehicles and trailers moving day and night. Fortunately Fortuna Soundproof Windows Pte Ltd was able to assist with this non stop traffic noise we've been enduring and having sleepless nights with. Never regret our decision in having this window. A remarkable job my Jason and team. Just a few dents on the frame upon installation, nevertheless Jason told me he could get it sorted out. The price for the windows might be pricey, but it gets the job done. In the long run it will be worth it for a good night's sleep. I had a great experience with Fortuna choosing the soundproof windows suitable for my home. We got to experience the soundproofing effects and also the detailed explanation of the difference and types of windows available.
The onsite measurements and installations were done within a couple of days for my 3 sets of windows and they followed up when I told them about some after installations works needed.
The home is much quieter with the soundproof windows installations done up.

Decided to go for triple glazed laminated windows to reduce MRT track noise. Very pleased with the result. My hdb unit beside mrt track. Would say it cut down 80% noise. Thanks to the team - Sales Jason who is very prompt when answering my queries and also did the site measurements himself. Installation was done by Saddam and team. Took 1 day for 2 hdb bedrooms. They were meticulous with their work and very happy with the result. Can see the windows are solid and good quality. Most important is the seal after closing that will prevent noise further. Take note fabrication takes 8 weeks. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for soundproof windows.

Great experience working with Fortuna Soundproof Windows! Johnny was friendly and candid through his interactions with us.
We were initially exploring switching to soundproof windows for the room along the corridor. Johnny patiently explained that so long as the windows were the sliding type, there will always be sound leakage. He shared with us possible corridor casement window options, which we eventually decided against as it wouldn’t work with our space use cases.
Understanding a little better how soundproofing windows worked, we switched our focus to the master bedroom instead. The morning traffic and jackals gathering on our aircon ledge had been annoying to say the least. Johnny hosted us at the showroom to listen to the differences between the various options, and to get a look and feel of the materials. He was also patient and knowledgable in answering our questions. Johnny was punctual and prompt in coming down on-site for measurements.
Timeline considerations: As the windows were custom-made overseas, it took a couple of months before they were ready to be installed. For a HDB master bedroom with 2 sets of windows measuring about 1.75m in width per set, the removal and installation was completed in one day.
