We have used Classic Movers 3 times across the world, twice from Singapore to Australia. we have also used other well known movers a few times. The Singapore Classic Movers team have been the very best experience in moving. This time Elfie and the team from the Singapore team took care to wrap every single item that other movers do not protect. On our last trip back to Australia, not a single item was damaged. Looking forward to the same at the other end. Classic Movers, very professional and worth the extra cost.

Maria, Riamor and team at Classic Movers were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish answering all my questions, offering different solutions at different price points, and sorting everything out that was needed. Alfie and team of packers and movers were absolutely amazing. Friendly, efficient, skilled, and made the impossible happen to pack everything securely and to stuff the container and make everything fit in. Stellar service and team.

The team arrived on time and did an excellent job packing everything for my move from Singapore to Malaysia. They were extremely careful with all my belongings, using sturdy cardboard boxes and wrapping larger items like my sofa with great attention to detail. I really appreciated the specialized team of two staff members who expertly disassembled my box bed, and the rest of the crew handled the entire process seamlessly. Every single item, from small trinkets to large furniture, was handled with care, and the staff were polite and professional throughout. I highly recommend their services.

Classic Moving is the local Singapore partner for Crown Relocation. Engaged Crown Relocation for relocating from UAE to Singapore. Great services provided by both Crown and partner, Classic Moving. The team at Classic Moving did an excellent job moving, unpacking the items, fixing up the dismantled furnitures and clearing up the boxes etc. Thanks to them, they’ve made it so easy for me. Everything is well handled, no breakage for items handled by the team during unpacking. Team also supported bringing up bulky items via stairs. Price is reasonable. Overall, very happy with Classic Moving’s service. Fantastic job done by the team.

Excellent co-ordination amongst the workers. They were very patient and gentle with all the items. Didn’t rush at all and placed the items well, making sure we had enough space to move around the house. They padded the doors and corners of the house well to avoid any damages.

The packing team and initial surveyor were excellent, professional, efficient and clearly knew what they were doing. Unfortunately that is where the positive experience ends. The back office team is completely incompetent. They got my delivery address wrong, the most basic piece of information they need to get right. They failed to include my Transfer of Residence relief authorisation number with the customs declaration, resulting in me being incorrectly charged import VAT and having to navigate an HMRC refund claim myself. When I raised this, they deflected blame onto DHL, a courier they chose and are responsible for. Response times were slow throughout and getting any straight answer was a constant battle. I would not use Classic Moving again and would strongly caution anyone moving internationally to look elsewhere. A removals company lives or dies by its paperwork and logistics coordination. On both counts, Classic Moving failed badly.

Lovely pack and move crew led by Hardy - nothing was too much trouble and they wrapped everything carefully, were very thorough with recording the condition of items and the apartment, and sorted things for more than one delivery location.
