This is our second move with Family Movers. The office (sales and operations teams) were helpful and responsive to enquiries. The moving crew was very professional and efficient! In particular, crew leader Iswandy and his team, who did our most recent move last week pwere excellent. Their friendly and pleasant disposition made it a pleasure to work with them. They were also accommodating of last minute requests (a few additional items to pack!), and gave good suggestions with respect to the moving logistics (we had 2 locations to move to — new home and storage). Our belongings were packed with care and all arrived safely. Thank you, Family Movers, for making our move a little less stressful!

The team did an excellent job overall! Communication was excellent and ongoing, everyone was respectful and made sure to be careful when moving items around, and the entire experience was great. Definitely recommend and would use them again!

I moved back to Singapore from Korea and the family movers provided a very meticulous and bespoke service. They made special arrangements for my 118boxes to be sent to 4 different locations without any trouble. They made the process very simple and direct which is very important when moving between countries as it can be very stressful and troublesome process. I will strongly recommend them because they even make sure and if everything were okay after the move. Thank you very much once again and my family is very happy with the service.

Just moved as a diplomat from Athens, Greece to Singapore, where the local agent has been, fortunately, FAMILY MOVERS. The 6-man crew I met yesterday was a Dream Team. What a fantastic and proficient group!!!! Fast, diligent and, above all, polite. From me it's a full 10 out of 10 with no asterisks or reservations. Strongly recommended if you want nothing less than the very best....

The Family Movers helped us with our relocation to Singapore. From the start, Devanshi was proactive and responsive. They dealt with entry into Singapore very well, sorting out all paperwork and keeping us informed. They even liaised directly with the condo management to ensure access and permits were sorted without me asking. On the day of delivery, the team were prompt, polite and very efficient. They handled everything with care. We would highly recommend them!

Very happy with the service provided by TFM. Devanshi kindly kept us updated on the progress of our shipment all the way from the UK to Singapore and was responsive to any questions. The team who came was courteous and professional and worked meticulously and efficiently to ensure all of our belongings arrived safely. Left our flat very clean and removed all excess packaging. Fully recommend and will certainly be contacting TFM for any future moves!

The Family Movers handled our recent international move and we could not be happier about the experience. Right from the initiation up until the move was completed, all interactions were professional and transparent. We were provided a complete picture of the moving process and all our questions were patiently answered. The experience with The Family Movers was excellent and they made the process stress free of relocating my belongings internationally from Singapore to Australia. From the pre-move survey to the actual day of packing, every member of the Family Movers I interacted with was highly professional and friendly. The super professional team who packed the belongings were exceptional and they packed each item meticulously and carefully in the tight confines of our condo. No item of furniture was too difficult as even several cardboard boxes were used to precisely wrap around our recliner lounge for instance. All our belongings were received in original condition when they were delivered with no damage whatsoever. Thank you to all the wonderful team at the Family Movers and especially the awesome team who did the packing!

Updates - Sep 2024: The Family Movers reached out to me and offered their sincere apologies, they acknowledged the shortcoming of their staff and agreed that their staff could be more attentive and proactive in issue handling. ************************************************** Based on my experience, Family Movers might not be the expert in international moves. Although I can understand that they rely a lot on their logistic partners when come to destination delivery, they come short in handling their logistic partner and they are not keen to help resolving issue with their logistic partner. They might let you fend off their logistic partner by yourself. If you have questions, you likely be expected to liaise directly with their logistic partners. In my case, they did not step in to help with any clarification with thier logistic partner, even after I asked them to. When their logistic partner informed of additional fees, their first reply is to pass on the cost to the customers, without understanding the nature or the validity of fees. In my case, Family Mover expected me to pay their logistic partner for carrying boxes to the second floor of my house. However, in their invoice, the exclusion of quotation is "delivery above second floor", not to the second floor. I did challenge the Family Movers team about the fee, but they insisted that delivery to the second floor fits the exclusion of "delivery above second floor". 🤔🤔🤔 The issue only got resolved after I insisted that I want to connect with their management. A senior manager reviewed my case and confirmed that the fee should be billed to them instead. It was not a pleasant customer experience given they charged me more than SGD 10k for the move. I will not recommend Family Movers for international moves to my friends.

I had an excellent experience with The Family Movers. It was an international move from Singapore back to the US. It had the added complication that we needed to store our things in their Singapore warehouse for 15 months, and then have it shipped back to the US after we knew where we would be living longer term. Everything worked just fine. The packing in Singapore was done very well (as in carefully). The labelled the boxes well and did a good job on the inventory list. Their arrangements with the overseas partner worked out just fine. The crew that did the final delivery to our house in the US was excellent. So all in all, we were very satisfied and things were good. A giant thanks to Maurice Chong, Gina Mendoza and Devanshi Kushwah at Family movers (in Singapore) and to Christina Borges on the US side (with PTS, Paramount Transportation Systems). It all worked seamlessly.

I am responsible for what I have said in this review, so I will keep it objective and state only facts. Last December my family moved from China to Singapore, and my global relo agent hired Family Movers as the destination mover. On the day of packing, the other global moving company came to my apartment and did the packing for us. The supervisor on site oversaw the workers to pack, and for each valuable item, he took a photo and documented. There was a special box which contained around 12 handbags, hence the supervisor paid extra attention to it. He asked me to be stand by him to watch the movers pack these, took photos, and sealed the box. He also asked me to sign the box, and the sealing tape. This was what happened in China. Then on the move-in day in Singapore, Family Movers sent a team of 6 workers. In contrary to what happened in China, the supervisor came and go with the workers, and worked as a team. Me and one of my local friend were on site, and I recalled both of us instructed the workers "Please do not cut open the boxes unless I instructed you to do so, as I want you to only open boxes containing furniture, but not personal belongings." Yet, on day 2, it came to my realize that many boxes were cut open. When I brought this to the supervisor, he replied "Oh we did this so it's easier for you to unpack." 2 more things worth noting - 1) on two occasions, I was asked "were you the only one here at home for the moving?" I thought this was casual conversation, so I said yes. 2) Towards the end of the day 1, the workers asked me "We have taken out the empty boxes and packing material so it's cleaner for you" But in reality, they had taken out many "empty boxes" since day 1 morning. When I finally got to unpack and organize with my wife on day 4, it came to our understanding that the box that suppose to contain all the handbags were cut open, and was only half full. We immediately contacted the packing company in China for inquires, including the photos taken on site, and eventually confirmed that 5 handbags were missing, with a total value over $12000. To confirm where the bags got lost, I went back to check the box - the tape was the original, no signs of re-seal, and the box was original, with my sign on it. So I can only come with two possibilities - 1) My wife's handbag were stolen somewhere along the way, and Family Movers saw a box that was cut open, and did not say anything to me. I would call that a saint move, as if I saw that on spot, they will be liable for it yes and yes. 2) My wife's handbag were still in the box, and got stolen AFTER Family Movers put the boxes in my apartment. To rule out a possibility of a theft breaking into my apartment and steal this after Family Movers left and we started unpacking, I reported this to police officer, and asked them to investigate CCTV footage around the premises. They came back saying everything was normal and no signs of break-ins. So I would assume the conclusion is quite clear here, besides the very odd possibility that someone who can teleport stole the bags without anyone's attention - if that's what happened, I am happy to withdraw my comment here. Anyways, to have $12k worth of handbags stolen is one thing, to deal with the Family Mover management is another. So I've contacted the firm right away to get to the "owner". The gentleman came with great attitude, but proposed me many possible ways how the handbags were stolen. He even said, " inbound cases like these are unheard of. There are suspected theft cases in outbounds from Singapore ..." which to me was not acceptable either way. so here's the less objective part - stay the heck away from this company unless you want your valuables gone. not stolen, gone.

The Family Movers are awesome. I've had a really good pre to post experience, from Switzerland to Singapore. Sandeep, the manager handling my account will constantly update me on the shipment movement, on-time response. The team that delivers were awesome!, friendly and extremely helpful. They take note of defects before and after, tape the areas to protect the walls, staircase, corners etc. Highly recommended moving service.

Every manager and employee we encountered were exceptionally professional, hard working with amazing attitudes, focussed, trustworthy, efficient, competent, experienced, respectful, speedy, delightful, and so much more. Wonderful experience with The Family Movers, as they carefully packed up our house (173 boxes) in one day! Extremely organized packing with meticulous record keeping, and timely communication. Our international move out process was smooth with no stress, exceeding all expectations. Highly highly recommend!
