    Quote higher price for a simple card duplication. $20 per card?!! Seriously?! And crazy calls from the shop, that’s called insane or desperate?! I had to block the caller for it.

    Not professional, seems like doing part-time as compared to other service providers in the same field. Information comes in piece by piece, price is not attractive and they quote quite high price first and slowly try to reduce to test water. I can tell as based on my sourcing experience and usually I ask for 3 different vendor quotes.

    Contacted them and was told that my card can be duplicated using plain white card and fob. Had time to burn today and decided to try their service, after arriving at their residential home, the person said they can only duplicate with a fob and not in a card format. Unfortunately, I needed it in a card format. Comparing against using the service from MA office. For $20 dollar per key cheaper: 1. They cannot guarantee that it works 2. Should it not work, they require you to physically bring the cards/fob back to their premises before any refunds will be made 3. They used a bait and switch method in my transaction; whether intentional or unintentional, the person never apologized. He was however polite. I will not recommend their services if your cards are encrypted. Firstly, they are not exceptionally cheap if you compare the hassle you get. Despite being in a service industry, they are not service oriented. Based on what I see at their residential houses, this feels more like a side hustle than an actual business. In my opinion, their services aren’t value adding. The discount they are offering isn’t worth the trouble. Just pay the right price and get your MA office to do it. PS: genuine constructive review, hope to not get defensive comments.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, although we must express disappointment in the inaccuracies presented. We take all feedback seriously and aim for transparency and integrity in our services. 1. Firstly, we apologize for any miscommunication regarding the duplication format. Our standard procedure is to duplicate keys onto fobs or cards. After testing with our machines, we found out that your card was deeply encrypted and not the standard card as we had initially thought it out to be. We had tried duplicating it onto a card but saw that the codes were not being copied over but were able to be done only on keyfobs due to the uniqueness of your card. Do note this exception of being able to duplicate only onto keyfobs and not cards happens in 1% of the card types we duplicate. Unless you were certain of your card type beforehand, the only way for us be 100% certain on the kind of card you have is only by testing with our machines. 2. We test the cards thoroughly as much as we can with our machines before we hand it over to our customer. That was why we were able to advise you that after testing that it couldnt be duplicated into a card but only could do so onto a keyfob. Any security system can be further encrypted by management which we will have no control or knowledge of. I dont think anybody will be able to give a 100% guarantee unless they are able to test it directly on the system itself. In addition, as we know that security systems can have additional protection and encryption, we offer two weeks money back guarantee and 6 months warranty for all our products. And yes, we do require the return of our cards and keyfobs back to us before we give a refund as would be the general practice across most or all retailers. 3. We are extremely disappointed that you have accused us of bait and switch. The card types and their respective prices are advertised openly on our website. Our team members are occasionally granted the flexibility to offer additional discounts in order to accommodate customer needs and foster positive relationships. However, we strive to maintain consistency and transparency in our pricing policies to ensure fairness to all our customers. Only after testing, we were able to tell which type of card you have and advised accordingly and getting your approval first before proceeding with the duplication. We are not the type to first do the duplication then force you to accept whatever price it is. Unless you are certain of your card type, then I dont think it is fair for you to accuse us of bait and switch. We take accusations of bait and switch very seriously and assure you that transparency and honesty are fundamental to our business ethos. 4. This is our main bread and butter. Our livelihood. We do it from residential to reduce our business expenses and so that we dont have to raise our prices for our customers in order to cover the additional rent expense. Our customers have also welcomed the MRT proximity and easy carpark access compared to our previous business locations. In the past 10 years that we have been in business, we have not once raised our prices to our customers even though inflation has also affected us badly. In fact, we have even reduced our prices for some card types. For example: for mifare cards: even though we advertise on our website for $25 for first card and $20 for subsequent cards, we usually just charge $20 flat even if it was only 1 card being done. Our business is our livelihood, and we take immense pride in the service we provide and it's disheartening to hear that we fell short of your expectations.     I agree wz Dharma Delli Hakim. This guy advertises a low price to attract customer. Eventually quote duplicate 2 access cards for $30 !

Sorry if you were not happy with our service. If you are not pleased with our services, we are happy to give you a refund with our 2 weeks money back guarantee. . However this review is not fair to us. For complex cards, we usually request for it to be WhatsApped to us and inform on any additional prices beforehand due to the extreme complexity and not all our branches are able to do the cards. We are very transparent with our prices.

    Very unprofessional. Won't recommend for your safety. Advertise the duplication for condo access card for $10. Sent pictures on WhatsApp and told me it's roughly $15-$20. Reached the place, he told me that it will cost $30. He brought the key to his residence to "check" the price but I am not sure if he has duplicated my access card during that time.

    Hi Dharma, apologies for your experience. Most cards are doable but some cards we need to test them at our location to check what type it is. If it is a complicated card it will take a few hrs and will cost $30 which we inform upon testing the card but before duplicating. On our website, we also advertise clearly that per card starts from $15 but if done in bulk, we can discount it to $10 if duplicating more than 10 cards under our pricing section. We guarantee we don't make extra copies of any cards for our own use or do any illegal service.

    sent photos of the card to explain the type of card before heading down. did not say anything about the photos and the card even after asking twice, just said can come. Took the time to head down all the way for him to look at the card and tell me he is unable to duplicate. Why couldn't he tell me after looking at the photos sent? or at least he can tell me the photos not clear must come down to clarify instead of just saying "can come".
