We recently moved into a new apartment with beautiful vinyl flooring and tile backsplashes. Unfortunately, the previous tenants hadn't done a great job of cleaning, and the floors looked grimy and dull. We decided to call in the professionals and contacted DW Vinyl Floor Cleaning based on their positive reviews. From the initial phone call, DW Vinyl Floor Cleaning impressed me. They were very knowledgeable about vinyl cleaning and tile cleaning, and they patiently answered all my questions about their process and the products they use. They also offered a competitive quote and were flexible in scheduling the cleaning. The cleaning team arrived on time and were very professional. They took the time to walk me through the process and answer any last-minute questions I had. They were meticulous in their cleaning, carefully removing dirt, grime, and any lingering residue. They also paid close attention to the edges and corners, which I really appreciated. The final result was incredible! Our vinyl floors look brand new – they're shiny, clean, and free of any streaks or marks. The tile backsplash also looks fantastic – the grout is clean and bright, and the tiles sparkle. We're so happy with the transformation and can finally enjoy the beautiful flooring in our new apartment.

With a playful puppy, keeping my vinyl floors clean felt like a constant battle so I called these guys up. Their cleaning process is thorough and tackles even the toughest pet messes. I particularly appreciated their eco-friendly cleaning solutions, which are safe for my pet and the environment. Now, my floors look fresh and new again, and I have peace of mind knowing they're cleaned with safe products.

Enquiries and fixing of appointment were all done through WhatsApp without any problems. Both Das and Azaz were punctual, friendly and professional. They left no tiles untouched for cleaning and even manually scrubbed by hands for stubborn stains. The tiles were originally dull and after cleaning it look bright and smooth which is beyond our expectations. Price is definitely competitive and perhaps lowest among the industry.
