Such a disappointing and unprofessional service! I engaged this company to dismantle my existing ceiling light and replace it with a new one. My old light was working perfectly fine until this Bangladeshi (Hassan) installer came. The moment he touched the wiring, he claimed there was no current from the switch. As the owner, I am well aware of where my switch is and how it works. Instead of resolving the issue properly, he started “guessing” and drilling around for the wire, causing unnecessary damage. The photos speak for themselves. On top of that, when he mounted the new light base, it was extremely loose. His response was that I should wait until it falls and then call him back to fix it. The question is, WHY should I wait for it to drop or risk an accident before it’s corrected? Despite the poor workmanship, I still ended up paying for this terrible service. To make matters worse, they even dared to inform me by saying they would report to the police. If you are looking for handyman services, do not engage this company. I eventually had to hire another contractor, who completed the job perfectly without any issues.
