Professional and experienced installation staff. When drilling always prepare vacuum cleaner to remove the dust.Even completed the installation also perform housekeeping. Highly disappointed with the service - all they eye is drain your cash and not add value to your requirement. Please read through their negative reviews and decide ! Despite repeatedly requesting a site measurement, the company refused to send a technician and instead issued a quotation based solely on photos of only 2 out of my 4 rooms. When I questioned this, I was told they had done previous installations in Hillview. That is not a valid justification Hillview has many different unit layouts and room sizes. Without measuring the site, it’s impossible to accurately determine dimensions, materials, or colour requirements. Quoting without even visiting the property is unprofessional and does not inspire confidence.

Had a seamless experience with them. Came across Endo grilles on an online search - Joel responded promptly to my query and arranged for installation of invisible grills on short notice. He was very helpful throughout and made the process completely hassle free. I found them cost effective compared to others I have used for invisible grilles and quality is good. The installation team was professional and efficient. Overall highly recommend.

We installed AWC Invincible Grilles with Endo and are very pleased with the service provided by Joel, as well as the entire installation process. It’s been two weeks since the installation, and the grilles are looking great. They also feel much sturdier than the usual nylon or teflon options available on the market. With their reasonable pricing and attentive customer service, we would highly recommend Endo’s AWC Invincible Grilles. Do look for Joel!

sales talk was good, enquires answered promptly. we went down showroom, service was good the presentation of their products was quite promising. so we signed up for their invisible grille and motorised blinds. arranging for installation was ok, no delay and installer was on time. but because we were not on site during installation day so everything had to be on trust. installation for the blinds were average i personally feel and follow ups feels non sincere. over the whole, i feel my own experience wasn't as per expected on the raving reviews and i won't really recommend.

EXTREMELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! They take zero accountability and responsibility. I seriously seldom post reviews but I really should with this terrible company. 1. Drilled 2 holes in my balcony, only to be told on day of installation that it’s not possible because the bottom is hollow. This was after the surveyors came down to inspect before we proceeded. Even I, without experience, could tell it’s hollow simply by knocking. The other vendor that we decided to go ahead with said this should have been a BASIC check, but Endo did NOT do any of it. Service recovery? “We will patch up the hole for you”. Thanks, and leave marks on my tile forever in my new house. 2. Worst, they did not even drill the hole correctly. The measurements was off as it would have hit the hand rail above anyways. Comments they had? “Oh? We will check with the installer”. For what??? You can’t even install my grille anymore??? 3. We had casement IVG installed on our window. I told them TWICE on chat, ONCE to the surveyor and ONCE to the lady on call (Jocelyn) that I wanted the lock to be on top. Yet, it was still installed at the bottom. Service recovery? “Let us come back and reinstall”. For what again?? Enough is enough dealing with you. And what, to come on a wrong date again? No thanks. 4. Told us installation will be on 5 June 9-10.30am. Waited and waited yet no one arrived at 11am. Checked with them only to be told they indicated the date wrongly. Asked whether there is any service recovery for the mess of this experience and what they have done. Operations team said “sorry, no”Zero accountability and super messed up, really.

10/10 service from start to finish — highly recommend! From first contact, Jocelyn on the WhatsApp team was incredible. She noticed my selected grill color might not match my existing window frames and proactively advised me on a better option to suit the overall look. I followed her advice and the result was perfect. Really grateful she went the extra mile. Installation day was just as smooth. Mahmudur and Rana were polite, respectful, and super professional ( taking out their shoes even for new BTO that hasn’t moved in yet, wipe the window and sweep the floor after installation is done). I especially appreciated that they used drills with vacuum attachments to prevent dust from flying everywhere. They even cleaned and oiled the metal window areas as part of the job — attention to detail you don’t see often. Overall: 5 stars for consultation, 5 stars for installation. Will definitely return to them for my balcony grills.

I have purchased Invisible grille (316 stainless steel cable with Telfon coating) from Endo Grilles. I have been served by Joscelyn. The overall experience is good. The office staff and installation technicians are professional & with good services. The installation technicians are surprisingly friendly & polite - they have cleaned up the mess before leaving the apartment!! The grille comes with 8 years warrenty covering rust & loosening. I don't think the price is the cheapest in the market but is the lowest among my 3 quotes. However, other firm offers free on site measurement and quotation (on no obligation basis). Endo Grille will do measurement after 50% down payment is made. Good thing is that the customer can cancel the order if the price after measurement is > 5% of the estamted quite. Endo Grille should consider providing free on site measurement & quotation in the future, to be competitive. Overall, Highly recommended !

I'm very impressed with Endo Grille and their recent invisible grille installation for my balcony. Having a young child at home, safety is my top priority, but I also wanted to maintain the beautiful view from our balcony. The All Weather Invisible grilles was the perfect solution, and Endo Grille did an amazing job. Joel has been super helpful in answering our questions and guiding us through the whole process. We researched and Endo grilles was one of the company profiles that popped up at the top of the lists of searches. Cindy was our sales person. She was very forth coming and gave us all the quotes that we enquired for. She was always fast and efficient to respond. We picked invisible grilles for our living and bedrooms, venetian blinds for living and study room, ezilock for our laundry area. Installation process was fast and smooth. Their workers were also very professional, they were very organised and systematic when doing the installation. There was minimal mess and maximum efficiency. They consistently checked for our approval before moving to the next step which we really appreciate. Overall great service and very happy with our windows! 🙏🏻

We were served by Joscelyn and she was very helpful and patient in explaining to us the different type of invisible grille and the difference. We eventually settled for the all weather grille and it came with a very reasonable pricing. The delivery process was smooth and the workers were very detailed. They ensured proper installation and even suggested how to make the product look the best. They also ensured to touched up the walls and clean up the area before leaving. Will definitely use their services again.
