We engaged Joydom to remove cornices, remove feature pillars, painting and electrical works. From planning to completion of work, their supervisor came down twice to discuss and update the quotation. Our team Yeasim, Rana and Nualm were patient and did their best to help make our place nice and beautiful. The work is completed within the time frame discussed without any delay. And they are able to hold the project and come again to touch up once our carpentry works with another company is up. Thank you team!

I hired this company to renovate 2 bathrooms in a landed house. Simple job can still go very wrong! Horrible experience, do not recommend this company to anyone. 1) they built a new half wall was not even straight, 3.5cm off to the left. 2) over lay tiles water proofing was not done properly now is leaking water to downstairs. I had to hire another company to hack and get things right. Their workers were so proud that this company in business for many year, but I don’t see any quality works here. Dom think hard before you consider engage them.

I would like to take this opportunity to compliment Riad from Joydom engineering. It is my 2nd time engaging them for this year and Riad has done an exceptionally good job for both of them. Not only he is efficient, he is very punctual if not earlier, his works are flawless. One of the best. First to go in the market

Ibrahim from Joydom did a great job. The cost is reasonable for his expertise. I was scammed by a different co who took deposit n destroyed 6 chairs. There were patches of white and brown all over after sanding n lacquer and was told that's finished job! I was horrified! Found Kumar from Joydom who heard my story and they confidently told me to meet their technician Ibrahim before I commit. Ibrahim came with his partner and explained exactly what he will do and the outcome. After he did the first chair, my fears vanished! Thank you Joydom for being honest and professional!

Limon and Mithu did minor carpentry work under the sink that most contractors refuse to do. Managed to match the laminate close to my original cabinet. Overall good workmanship.

The toilet renovation is well completed.

They are only capable of painting & plumbing. Electrical work totally useless - simple DB connection the worker is scratching his head. Look at the ceiling - in what world is this kind of joints acceptable? Best part - they don’t take accountability or try to rectify. DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICES - EXCEPT FOR PAINTING OR BASIC PLUMBING. I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED THAT I HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS KIND OF CEILING

Ibrahim is one of the best workman / sorry craftsmen i have met in Singapore. I contacted Joydum for restoring my antique furniture in the midst of my new home renovation. When my ID's polish contractor was not able to stain my old door frames and repair my main door, Ibrahim and his team (Farhad) did an absolutely stellar job - the most noticeable was his 1/ patience to do the job right, carefully mixing colours to match the door as well as surface prepping with hand sanding and 2/ his attention to detail. I would unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone looking to do anything related to wood polish

Engaged Joydom for my major renovation work (except carpentry) and they delivered the works smoothly and patiently. They were accommodating to our timelines and requests and thus we did not hesitate to increase the scope of works as needed. Apart from the fact that they basically do almost ANYTHING (painting, plumbling, flooring, demolition you name it), the team(s) from Joydom are sincerely very nice guys (Shahin's team - Ibrahim, Yeasin, Raju, etc etc). Each and every team that was sent down to our place were all friendly, efficient and considerate. Highly recommended!

Very unprofessional sales process. On WA say yes to anything, then upon site visit technician said No to required service and started selling other solutions.

They send someone onsite and someone came down and did no measurement. In the end, few weeks plus later, no quote given, no follow-up. Waste of time.

I recently had a wire mesh fence installed around my ground-floor unit to prevent rodents from entering, and I'm extremely pleased with the results. The workmanship was neat, professional, and exactly as discussed. The mesh blends in well with the existing structure while providing the protection I was looking for. A special thank you to Kheer, Amirul, and Thaiqul. They were punctual, courteous, and took great pride in their work. They paid attention to the finer details, kept the work area tidy, and ensured everything was completed to a high standard. Their professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended if you're looking for a practical and well-executed solution for pest prevention.

Engaged Joydem for painting of walls in my house. They did an awesome job. Thank you especially to Yeasin and Hridoy who did an excellent work painting the walls! Also responsive to text and calls. :) will engage again for painting if needed.

Ease of communication with Joycom on the painting and repair of skirting work. They came over for a free quotation of the jobscope and I decided to Joydom handle the repair work. Yeasin, Amirul and Hridoy came down at the job site on time and done a good job on the painting and skirting repair. 5 stars to the 3 of them.

Engaged them for bidet replacement. Price quoted via WhatsApp was different from what plumber quoted me when he arrived. He claims that price quoted on WhatsApp was to ‘tighten’ the parts. How is $90 a reasonable quote to tighten parts???? I ended up paying $180 for a bidet replacement. I engaged them as it was urgent but in all honesty, I should have spared 5 mins to google and find a more reasonably priced plumber. Strongly discourage engaging them!

Ibrahim did a great job with varnishing my door. Look at the before and after photos! He concealed the holes that were left from removing the door handle when I installed my digital lock. Price-wise, very reasonable and competitive. One thing that can be improved on is in terms of the punctuality though. But otherwise, good work! Thanks.

Terrible experience!!! Enquired about cabinet repair for my home and they asked to conduct a site visit before quoting for the work. They proposed a date and time and asked for my details which I sent over. On the scheduled date and time, no one showed. When I messaged them to check, their reply was “after you send us booking details we dint reply confirmations that means we not booked yet.” They even had the audacity to still ask, “may i know you next available slot ?”
