I had a great experience with Nazmul and Rakib. They installed my vinyl flooring professionally and with great attention to detail. They even trimmed my door slightly to ensure it fit perfectly after the flooring was installed. Both of them were sincere, hardworking, and took pride in their workmanship. They kept the work area tidy and completed everything to a high standard. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend Nazmul and Rakib to anyone looking for quality vinyl flooring installation.

Panel Craft did the soft stone travertine wrap in our pillars without telling us the final look would not turn out as expected. The end result turned out to be wrinkled and we learnt from their staff that they used other adhesive materials not meant for the installation because PC themselves neglected to bring their own putty and ended up using my other contractor’s materials. Now that they have collected payment, they refused to take ownership for their poor workmanship and blamed it on the structure instead. They just wanted to earn our money and did a poor job knowing that it would not turn out according to customer’s expectation, but also didn’t tell us beforehand of such expectation.

Service was poor at my house. They installed the panel and part of it was falling out. We tried to ask them back to fix it. But once after payment, they won’t even answer your phone

The product is decent and it looks good. Slightly more expensive than some of the online shops, but we paid for the mental peace. My suggestions for anyone getting coveless lights (or anything else through this company): - Check all the possible options properly (there are quite a few for coveless lights). Get all their answers in written. They will say one thing and then eventually do something else. - Ask lots of questions. If you don't ask clearly (in writing), they will not tell you. And later they will say that this was written on the website so not their problem. They are not that flexible or considerate (or even polite) as most service based companies. - When the person is installing, check their work, a lot. For us, it was probably a slightly junior person. There will be lots of things that they can either skip or not too correctly if you are lenient. They try to get away with just doing enough.

I had a great experience with Hasan Nazmul for my wall panel installation. He was very friendly, approachable, and professional throughout the whole process. Never engage this contractor. One of the worst, not interested in customer's opinions and choice. Will only do jobs which is beneficial for them not the customer. Simple eg. They will only give you 1 option citing that they have only 1 type of hinge to install, when you know there are tons of different design/type of hinge to install from the market.

The PanelCraft team demonstrated exceptional patience as they assisted me in selecting the ideal wood paneling for my balcony flooring. Their pricing was also highly competitive. Throughout our interactions, their correspondence was consistently courteous and professional. Furthermore, the installers, Mr. Rabbany and Mr. Nazmul, were exceedingly proficient and accommodating. I engaged them for epoxy flake flooring. Very disappointed. I paid them in full, but they never completed the job. They scheduled the work, but they would either show up late or just go MIA at the last minute. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Very responsive, very friendly and suggested cost-saving alternatives for my walls. Went out of their way to find the closest panel to what I wanted for my home and very timely too! The installer, Nazmul Hassan, was also very efficient. He acceded to all my requests and ensured that no gaps were left unfilled. His work was very neat too! Our family is very happy to have chosen PanelCraft to take on a small project to cover our balcony planter. Being small doesn’t mean it’s an easy job, the installer did not rush and spent the time to compete a great job. I highly recommended them, professional from quote visit to installation. Don’t go for the cheapest in the market, and if you are still reading this, engage the team at PanelCraft.

The contractor who did my ghost door ghosted me before the entire job is finished. There are still holes from drilling the lock in my wall and he didn't come back to patch up even though he said he would. And when I contacted the panel craft number I was conversing with, they have changed it. Really suspicious

Initially, there were some issues with the vinyl installation due to some colour differences. However, after communication, we were able to resolve the problem. We would like to give special appreciation to their installer, Rabbany, for his excellent service and attitude. He was very patient throughout the process and went above and beyond to help solve the issue. We truly appreciate his service and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Waited more than one month for the mosquito net to arrive when Panelcraft said will arrive in 1-2 weeks. Now cannot install because measurement is taken wrongly. And we cannot use the old net cos it's been dismantled. So unprofessional.

Highly recommend. Nice vinyl. No regret install vinyl for my living room. Very responsive admin, able to give good suggestion on my doubt. On actual day of installation, installer is very excellent, and very professional, I would give installer a 5 star ⭐. His work is very awesome. There's some discrepancy in measurement for my case, but manage to Solve it well. 👍🏻 Overall is very good. Would recommend to friend and family.

Very happy with the microcement process. Jac and the team were very organized. Timeline was followed. Reminders were given. I would highly recommend them. It made the house look so much nicer too without having to pay for hacking and retiling cost.

I engaged this company for some electrical work, but the experience was really disappointing. After the site visit, they made me wait three days just to send a quotation over WhatsApp text. When I asked for a proper PDF version, they sent one without any company name and it was incomplete. I had to point out what was missing one by one. When I tried calling to clarify, my call was rejected. And when I brought up these issues, their excuse was that they had too many ongoing projects. After more back-and-forth and excuses, they eventually decided not to take on my project. Just sharing this so others don’t waste their time like I did. Lucky we are only at quotation stage. Super super super dissapointing and what a waste of time.

Tried my luck in engaging their services since their reviews were good. They were quick to respond and managed to squeeze in appointments for me to help solve my motor blinds issues which were urgent. They were helpful in figuring out what were the issues with my motorized blinds and were able to give me a few solutions to help mitigate the issues. I found them to be sincere, honest and transparent. Highly recommended!
