I contacted LS Handyman at 3:33 PM. I received a quote at 3:43 PM. The Handyman arrived at 4:40 PM. My window was repaired by 5:15 PM. I am totally happy, satisfied and thankful. I am able to sleep in peace without fearing that my window might be falling down from 10th Floor💯💯 💯

DANGER!! Poor workmanship & most irresponsible aftersale service I have ever encountered. Rates higher than others, outsourced all their job and claim in-house. Engage at your own risk. Newly unboxed living room light stopped working in LESS THAN A MONTH. Asked if they could arrange technician drop-by to verify but instead of taking ownership, they keep emphasizing on additional transport cost payable if found not their fault. And another transport cost payable if need replacement on subsequent trip. Decided to check the lights myself and found connection was loose. Resit all connectors and found my light working again.

Started off with a routine window repair and light change. Reasonable cost and fast service. Six months later, they quoted ten times the amount with no good explanation. They’ll send voice notes instead of text to avoid culpability. Get multiple quotations and stay skeptical.

I had previously engaged LS Handyman to install a cooker hood at my previous home and had a positive experience, which is why I approached them again to fix a dislodged rain shower head and check the water pressure. Unfortunately, this experience was vastly different and extremely disappointing. The handyman could clearly see that my home was newly renovated and still largely empty. He also asked when the shower was installed and whether it was brand new, which I confirmed. Despite this, I was shocked by how roughly the shower system was handled. Tools were used directly on the fittings without protective cloth or padding. The rain shower head knocked against the glass panel several times. The mixer set was dismantled, and both the rain shower head and hand shower were at different points placed directly on the tiled floor. While reassembling the system, I observed parts rubbing or dragging against the tiles, and considerable force was used with tools when the riser initially did not fit. I also found it unhygienic that the handyman repeatedly used his mouth to blow directly into the hot/cold water connection openings while trying to clear debris. Throughout the job, he repeatedly expressed frustration with the rain shower setup and commented that manufacturers did not know what they were doing. After payment and him leaving the unit, I discovered multiple scratches and abrasions on my brand-new shower components, including the hand shower and holder. I also noticed that the rain shower riser appeared to be sagging and parts around the mixer/riser connection no longer appeared to sit as securely or flush as before. I raised the damage immediately with the person who arranged the services. The handyman denied responsibility and even suggested my renovation contractor’s plumbers might have caused the scratches. Fortunately, I had taken photos during the repair as part of documenting my renovation journey. These show the new shower components placed directly on the tiled floor without protection, and I have also documented the resulting scratches and post-repair condition. The follow-up call was equally unpleasant. At one point the handyman raised his voice and said, “你现在想怎样?” (“What do you want now?”). I did not demand replacement of the whole shower system because it remained functional. I requested only a refund of the repair fee, which was eventually provided. However, that refund does not undo the permanent cosmetic damage or address the post-repair fitment concerns. I subsequently submitted a formal complaint and called the service hotline asking for the matter to be reviewed and for a response. When I followed up, I received a dismissive “ya ya, I already told my colleague, OK” before the call was ended. There was no named person taking ownership, no clear escalation process, and no indication of when I could expect a substantive response. This is particularly disappointing given that LS Handyman’s own website promotes a “Satisfaction Guarantee”, “honesty and integrity”, and “getting the job done right the first time”. My experience with both the repair and subsequent complaint handling fell far short of those stated standards.

Had a great experience with Wei Chong from LS Handyman Singapore. 👍 He came to my home on the scheduled date and time to install the door closer. He was punctual, experienced, and worked very efficiently. The replacement was done quickly and professionally. What I especially appreciated was that he noticed my door lock needed a little attention and kindly sprayed some WD-40 on it, even though it was not included in the service. It may seem like a small thing, but I really appreciate this extra effort and helpful attitude. 🙏 It’s the little things like this that show someone genuinely cares about their work and customers. I had WhatsApp them with my requests and I had gotten a quick reply. I had also managed to get an appointment the same evening even though I had approached them in the afternoon. Winson, if I’m not wrong, was on time and had made sure the work was completed properly. My previous contractor had not done a proper job with the dual power socket and thus Winson had to do a bit more to make sure the new one fitted. He was fast and efficient and his experience shows.

I contacted them on Saturday 11AM & they helped to coordinate very well with the Handyman Peter. They gave me time-slot for the same day 1-3PM & Peter arrived exactly at 2PM. He checked the setup & helped to fix all the issues in 15-20 mins. He was very professional & also told about 1 month warranty for the repairs. Overall a very good experience!
