Post Project Review-
Cheng Seng Electric Co Pte Ltd has been an outstanding partner throughout our systems integration (SI/IoT) project. From start to finish, the team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, and their technical knowledge and hands-on skill are the best we have encountered to date among our contractors and vendors.
Every milestone was handled with precision, clear communication, and a strong commitment to quality — qualities that made a technically demanding project run smoothly.
We would like to give special mention to Mr Han Pin and Mr Lee, whose dedicated support was instrumental to the project's success. Their expertise, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond made a significant difference at every stage.
We highly recommend Cheng Seng Electric Co Pte Ltd and look forward to working with them again on future projects.

This is only the first day of a roughly a month of weekend works for our IoT installation, but it has already given us real confidence in Cheng Seng Electric.
The team worked with discipline and great attitude, holding this standard from start to finish — the kind of professionalism and dedication that really impresses. Their supervisor, Mr Lee, deserves particular mentions, with unfailingly patience with our questions and meticulous in his execution, he sets the tone for the rest of the crew.
If the weekends works ahead are anything like this one, we are in good hands. Our thanks and appreciation to the whole team.

I had mistakenly parked my car outside their shop, the owner was pissed about that. I apologised profusely as it is my mistake.
However, the guy was so rude and is a racist. He scolded me and said ‘ this is not India or pakistan, you cannot park outside my shop anyhow!’ What the bloody hell?! I’m a singaporean, born and raised here. Irregardless, there was no need to make such a statement. Disgusting racist behaviour.

Outstanding Electrical Support – reliable, responsive, and a joy to work with!
We engaged CSE to handle the full electrical setup and power supply for a big event at our venue — no small feat in terms of coordination and load management.
From start to finish, the team delivered. Every setup was executed cleanly, and whenever issues arose on the ground, they were resolved swiftly and without fuss. What stood out wasn't just their technical competence, but their attitude — always willing, always cheerful, and genuinely invested in making the event run smoothly.
A special shoutout to Ah Lee and the team for their steadfast professionalism throughout. In a high-pressure environment where things can go wrong at any moment, having a grounded and responsive electrical crew made all the difference.
Highly recommended for any event requiring reliable power solutions and a team that truly shows up — in every sense of the word. Will work with them again without hesitation.

10 years ago we engaged Basil Tan from Cheng Seng Electric Co to string up globe lamps on our 60+ years old mango tree. We were happy with the result as well as the professional service.
We recently decided that it was time to replace the globe lamps as the cables and wiring were already old.
Contacted Basil again and after a site visit and discussions, work commenced. Kevin Ng was the site supervisor & Tun was in charge of the team. It took 2 days to complete hanging the lights from our 4 storey tall mango tree. There was a lot of discussions and changes made to the branch location to hang the lights as we needed to spread them out and hang them at variable heights.
We're completely satisfied with the patience, friendliness & professionalism of the team.
Thank you Basil, Kevin & Tun
Response from the business
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for engaging us again to carry out the replacement works.
We are glad the final outcome met your expectations. Working on a 60+ year-old mango tree of that height requires careful planning, coordination, and patience, especially with the adjustments made on site to achieve the right spread and varying heights for the lights.
I will personally convey your kind words to Basil, Justin, Tun and the team. Feedback like yours reinforces our commitment to carrying out our work safely, responsibly, and with proper attention to detail.
Thank you once again for your continued support of Cheng Seng Electric. Should you require any further assistance or maintenance in the future, we will be ready to support.
