Superb detail maintenance, chemical wash and take out the whole Aircon unit and wash only charge $150( including $40 maintenance wash), reasonable price, one Indian technician name Rabin and one Bangladesh technician name Mamul done a fantastic job with patient and friendly customer service, I will continue my service with them!!

I engaged Speed Engineering to service my air-conditioning units after they stopped blowing cold air and started leaking. Their technicians thoroughly inspected the units, explained the issues clearly, and recommended the most suitable servicing required. They were professional, meticulous, and ensured the entire work area was kept clean and dry throughout the process. Having used several air-conditioning servicing companies in the past, I can confidently say that Speed Engineering stands out for their workmanship and cleanliness. What impressed me the most was my living room air-conditioning unit. Due to a carpentry installation mistake made by my interior design company six years ago, the unit had never been dismantled for proper servicing. Despite engaging multiple air-conditioning companies over the years, none were able to remove it. Rabin from Speed Engineering successfully dismantled the unit for the very first time in six years and carried out a thorough, in-depth service. I am truly grateful for Rabin and his team's expertise, patience, and professionalism. Thank you, Speed Engineering, for the excellent service. I will definitely engage your services again and highly recommend your team to anyone looking for reliable and professional air-conditioning servicing.

Poor service, with workers coming late and did not update me on the time they will be coming late. Worst part is that didnt fix my aircon back correctly and did not reschedule a visit as shared in this whatsapp convo till date. Had to call another vendor and pay to fix it back. And a month later now, the aircon that i have just serviced is giving out a funky smell. Aircon is new and was previously maintained by the condo contractors for the first year but only after Speedcool serviced all these problems have arised. Stay away at all cost.

EXCELLENT AND EFFICIENT!! Got to know their service from Tiktok. Very reasonable price and excellent service. Booked their service at the very last min and they are very nice to accommodate their earliest slot available. Booked for high pressure antibacterial steam wash @ $35 each. Thier engineers are very punctual. Booked slot 6-7pm however they reached at 5pm but after communication, they are willing to wait. The engineers are efficient and well experienced. Came fully equipped with necessary tools. From the negative reviews I've seen here, their engineers recommend the best for our AC unit to guarantee satisfactory not upselling. As my AC units are already 2 years old, i usually service my own AC units learning from YouTube. Cleaning the filters, and dismantle ths Fan units and cleaned my own. However can't clean the coil units as i do not have the recoomended tools. Their engineer commenced work and after dismantling my AC unit and telling me that just high pressure steam washing couldn't remove the dirt as my AC is used everyday. So stubborn dirt are sticked to the coil. He demonstrates that high pressure steam wash couldn't remove it. And afterwards I agreed to add chemical wash. Which after seeing how the chemical wash react, i was satisfied. All the stubborn dirts washed away. Also thier engineer showed me that my compressor also needs to be serviced with chemical wash as it's coil condition is also same as my AC unit. Knowing how the engineer works with well experienced and professionally, I agreed to topup $100 to service my compressor. All in all from my $35 ×3 to service my AC comes to $65 x3 + $100. The only red flag I had with the engineers is that they came and brought an old stinky cloth which stinks the whole room. A very minor issue. Recommend engineer to bring new cloth whenever service AC unit. Overall serviced my System3 AC unit and compressor flawlessly. And now my AC feels brand new again. Will recommend thier service and engage them on the future.

Speed Cool Engineering Service Date: 19 November 2025 Job Engaged: Standard Servicing (3 Units) I decided to engage Speed Cool Engineering after seeing their TikTok live sessions, where they frequently claim to be highly honest, transparent, and against hard-selling. My experience completely contradicted this promise. 1. Poor Scheduling & Communication: My scheduled appointment was for 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. However, the technicians arrived around 5:00 PM without any prior communication or confirmation. As I was rushing back from work, this caused unnecessary inconvenience. 2. Immediate and Aggressive Hard-Selling: I engaged the normal servicing to check the general condition of my three aircon units, which were already cooling well. Upon arrival, the technician (of Indian nationality) immediately insisted on additional, expensive services: Compressor cleaning: $120 "Vacuuming behind the compressor" (unclear service): $100 Gas top-up/pump: $120 Total Upsell: ~$340 (on top of the $60 general servicing) The worker was insistent, claiming the aircon "won't be cold" or would fail if I did not proceed with the $400 package, despite me clarifying that the unit was already cold and I just wanted a standard check. This pressure tactic made me feel extremely uncomfortable, stressed, and pressured to buy unnecessary services. 3. Unnecessary Service and Misdiagnosis: I felt cheated when the worker told me the aircon required gas and deep cleaning for cooling, but after I only proceeded with the standard general servicing, my aircon worked perfectly well the entire night at 26°C. This suggests the proposed $340 worth of service was unnecessary and a deliberate hard-sell. I engaged your company based on your public image of honesty. Instead, I received a stressful, high-pressure sales experience that left me feeling uncomfortable and misled.

Aircon not cold and blower was not blowing strong enough. Speed cool aircon staff came informed there are jelly substances and need to flush out the pipe which cost $100 +. 2 days later blower still weak and ask them again and was quote for another $80 for chemical wash. Should suggest chemical wash in the 1st place and will not waste money again to do chemical wash which i rejected. Will not engage their service again. My fault for not being at home when they are doing servicing. After that , i checked my blower was still dirty as they nv take out the blower to wash and also nv vaccum the pipe that was in my kitchen toilet.

Got them to service my aircon, which was making a bit of noise. The technicians told me that the unit needed a chemical wash ($80) + high pressure gas flushing on my coil ($50). I was dead confused at this point - I’ve never had someone recommend to use gas to flush the coil and charge me $50 for it. I asked why is it so expensive and they said it’s coz gas is expensive (???). I declined and told them the chemical wash will do. The technicians were adamant that the chemical wash will only clear out 50% of the dirt and only the gas treatment would save it (spoiler alert: my aircon is running fine now). I texted the admin who also had to check with the technician coz he also didn’t know what I was talking about and I also checked in with the lady boss on TikTok live and she also didn’t know what I was talking about at first - she actually thought I misheard the technician and said they meant gassing out the drainage pipe. Then she checked again and realised it was using gas to flush out the coil and then she immediately corrected herself on live. The servicing itself was ok and my aircon runs fine so I wanted to give 4 stars at least, but this whole thing about flushing out the coil with gas… I feel like that’s really an unnecessary upsell and add to the fact that both the admin and lady boss didn’t even know what I was talking about at first made this entire thing feel even more sus. Googled it and it’s not even a recommended procedure so I dunno why they’re saying it’s a common practice. Just my honest experience. They weren’t rude or anything, and my aircon runs fine so I guess I can conclude that the $80 chemical wash did the job and the other $50 high pressure gassing they asked me to do was unnecessary.

We had a great experience with Speed Cool! From the start, the quotation was prompt and their team gave thoughtful recommendations based on our actual usage. *Review* 30/6/2025 Speed Cool specialist did an amazing job in giving my system 1 unit chemical wash. After the wash they told me my unit needed to top up gas which was a decent pricing total up with the wash n top up of gas.. now can feel cooling again in this humid weather.
