Worst customer service ever. The lady answering the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She even shouted “EXCUSE ME” in a condescending tone during a simple enquiry. Management seriously needs to improve its customer service. Please don’t let her answer the calls!

Was impressed for a while but on the last service of our contract they did not do a good job, aircon was not cold immediately after they did what ever they did. Was trying to renew too but they simply ghosted me and stopped replying to messages. So I think they misread the situation, thought I was not going to renew so did a lowsy job and ghosted

Be careful! our aircon servicing was considered ‘lapsed’ even though no appointment had been scheduled or confirmed with us. Instead of contacting us in advance, they just left a note claiming they couldn’t access the unit. Poor communication and frustrating experience.

I recently called for a routine service of my AirCon units, and I’m thoroughly impressed. They arrived right on time and was very professional. They took the time to explain the condition of my filters and coils without trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. They even wore floor protectors to keep my home clean! My AirCon is running much quieter now. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honest and efficient service.

Same as what others have experienced. I gotten them to help me with my aircons which wasn’t cold. And they told me to change the piping and I did. End day, it’s still not cold. Clearly didn’t solve my problems. And the boss came to my place and raise his voice at me. I have no choice and paid them and gotten another contractor to assist on this.

Appointed servicing time 10:15am to 11:15am, waited till 11:30am still no show. Calling 7473600 several times but asking to wait, now is 12:19pm still no show, what a hopeless company!

Their price is not cheap. But I am a loyal customer engaging their service for almost 20 years. I guess their business grow so much that they become arrogance. I had my aircon intermittent issue, they repaired with parts replacement. The same issue came back, upon contacting, Joan the lady who I always talk to, was so defensive and became angry when I mentioned it was repaired only March this year. Cant' you just send your guys to check before you get work up with my comments. I am just stating the fact.

Extremely rude customer service personnel called Joanne, who is only good at passing negative judgements, create and spread untruths about her customers. She is not fit to be in the customer service line at all, no patience and absolutely no professionalism. Failed to respond efficiently to customers, and not even competent in their work. The serviceman did not even put the aircon casing properly, which created abnormal sounds, and causing the replacement of spare parts, all these is an unnecessary waste of time and money. Highly NOT recommended.

First they are not the cheapest as GST is involved. Worker's worksmanship is below average, and the workers will tell you a lot of things cannot be done. Patching of paintwork don't expect them to do especially the trunking part.
