Highly recommend Ali, Akter and Sivarasu! They were professional, friendly, and extremely meticulous. Every measurement was done with great precision. They kept the area neat, making sure the house was tidy even with so many equipment. They were also very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. Additionally, the engineer, Rama, provided us with several options regarding the cables that runs through the rooms. It was very assuring to have a communicative and helpful engineer who could assist my family & I. The installation was seamless from start to finish, and I'm very satisfied with the result. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to install an air conditioning system.

A couple years back, We met Mr Steven at Compass One to place order for our Daikin ac installation. So glad to have met him, he followed thru for us very closely, eventually also linking us up with the maintenance team. Just had a servicing session of our ac earlier, we would also like to give compliments to Mr Alex team, he had patiently explained and taught us how to maintain our aircon, what modes to use to keep our ac in good condition. Overall very pleasant journey with Poh Meng these couple of years, our ac are in good hands.

I have used Poh Meng now for seven or eight years and I'm very happy with their service. I have had experience with other air con maintenance companies and there is no comparison. With other companies, if there is an issue with a leaking aircon they will come around (in a week or so), but charge extra or use up one of your maintenance sessions. Poh Meng, on the other hand, quickly and efficiently will make an appointment within a day or two and sort things out, just as part of the service. I recommend Poh Meng very highly.

I read that they are one of the proshop for Daikin. After several engagements with other 3rd party servicing, I decided to try Poh Meng. They were more expensive and required payment before the day of servicing. The team Jason and Teoh was thorough in removing, cleaning, washing and vacuuming. They also made sure they cleared the dust and debris from my toilet. My girl’s room aircon had musky and smelly socks smell. The smell was gone after their servicing. This was unlike other companies which I had tried previously. I will continue to use them. Highly recommend!

Rama and team did a great job installing my new Daikin aircon. He was friendly and explained things clearly without rushing, even took the initiative to make box up suggestions to improve the overall look and aesthetics of my home. He provided timely updates and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Really happy with the service — would definitely recommend Rama to anyone looking for an aircon installer.

Last weekend, I had a new Aircon installation. The team leader was polite and professional.All team members could work as a team and independently completed their own task professionally and timely.This installation was fast and professional. The performance is much better than my previous installation from Gain City. The sale coordination from Daikin Pro shop was excellent ,prompt and caring. The installation survey done was systematic and professional. From purchase to installation shows that Poh Meng Engineering can be entrusted to be my Aircon vendor for Daikin service and products

Poh Meng sent a professional team to replace my indoor ducted ACs. It was meant to be a 2-3 day job but they completed in a single day. Great communication throughout and good follow up service.

Terrible experience with this shop, poor service, poor staff attitude. 1) Proshop staff and surveyor who came to my house both said it is possible to route drainpipe for one of my rooms via a shorter route along door frame, however the workers who came for installation said it is not possible as the casing would protrude out. the workers did not have the drain casing to show me. this was very different from what Proshop staff promised me that it is viable and surveyor will come along with the workers to enable it. 2) Installation for all 3 rooms were at wrong locations despite survey being done. I only realized it at 4pm and called Proshop staff to question. Reply was less than satisfactory without apology, only said they will rectify and asked me what do I expect. The key point is I should not be the one spotting the mistakes plus I am the one who have to suffer because the workers only finished at 8.30pm instead of original promise 5pm. Fingers were pointed at the workers making the mistake but I think Proshop should take the accountability in this poor coordination and lack of instruction/ supervision as well. Afterall, I do see the workers' efforts in installation and doing rectification. 3) One of the existing drainpipe was reused. I wasn't consulted or informed but discovered myself. Disappointed with level of service rendered. Also left me with back against the wall that I can do nothing about it at 8.30pm that day, nor being able to ask Proshop to do rectification - imagine having to do the cleaning twice!! and inconvenience of bearing with the moving of stuff etc. 4) similarly, few existing casings were left behind and not removed. 5) wall cracks were created during installation, discovered while doing cleaning, again with no choice. I thought going to Daikin shop would save me hassle and with better service quality than any other installers. Not true at all, expensive lesson learnt and for those considering to go this shop, rethink.

Have been using Poh Meng aircon cleaning and maintenance service for over 10-15 years. Service is thorough and they will even repond to emergency calls to fix sudden malfunction of aircon unit fairly quickly.

Thanks Poh Meng for eventually sorting out my air conditioning issue. It took about 3 additional visits but Ah Lee and Tony have been very patient and responsive. It is still not as cold as I would like it to bebut it could be the constraint of the attic area

The service team of 2 person (Delowar and Aminul) who came to service my 4 aircon units on 24 July did an excellent job. They meticulously cleaned all the blowers and also ensured all the drain piping of each unit are thoroughly cleared of any blockage by running the vacuum suction for a prolong period of time. They did not rush through and I am very pleased with their services provided. A good job done.
