   So uncommunicative and disrespectful, I would not trust them with anything important. Set up an appointment a week in advance. On the day of the site visit, they were going to be late but did not communicate that, causing me to wait at the site for them for 20min. During this time, I called them twice but they decided to not pick up my call choosing instead to text me. When they finally got back to me, they said that they’d only show up 35 minutes after the agreed upon time. Extremely disrespectful of my time and terribly uncommunicative. I don’t think they’re worth your trust

   The installation guys, Yeo and Nai, did a fantastic job! They were respectful and very technically apt, performing the installation works neatly and cleanly. They provided their expert advice and did a wonderful job overall. In addition to this, 2 more guys came down to speed up the works. Everything was done within a day. Very impressed and pleased with them. Thank you guys!

   The team installed my System 4 on my new place, re-brainstorm the best option to install. Very efficient and meticulous workers, check and check to ensure all the works finishing are well done up.    My parents had acquired the services of Alpha Cool Engineering Pte Ltd, so as to replace our old Panasonic AC Systems to the latest Mitsubishi AC System 4. I was impressed with the tenacity, teamwork, and professionalism displayed by the installers, and they were very driven and focused on their work. In addition, I also appreciate that they assisted my Mom in some shifting of items lest water were to drip upon items and equipment when removing the old AC Systems. All in all, definite improvements have been made by leap and bounds, and I am glad that the company whom my family prefers for AC services is back to its exceptional level. Excellent work by an excellent team.

    Had engaged Alpha Cool over the past 3 years and service provided had been great. Not many companies are able to service my LG ArtCool model. Reliable and prompt customer service who is always quick to respond to our queries. She will provide us with timely reminder when the servicing is due. Not to mention one of the more reasonably-priced servicing in the market. Servicing done is proper and tidy. The service men often provide us with good maintainance tips. Most importantly, never had any issues with air con after servicing.

    audiohouse got another contractor to come and do another round of check dated on 28/12/2023 and below are the findings : 1. alphacool used cheap insulation pipes. 2. the pipes are supposed to be wrapped with foam but alphacool used duct tape instead. 3. all pipes are squeezed into 1 small corner of the trunking, which causes the leaking because water basically cannot flow to the output drain in the toilet. 4. leveling of the pipes all done badly. moral of the story, if someone ever recommend alphacool to you, please ask them to find their conscience! horrible work, horrible people and horrible after-sales-service. to alphacool, i hope your business is doing well so far. because it is very pathetic of you to make another company clean up your mess and it is very disgusting of you to go back on your words when we pointed out the problems you have created. it is also very shameless of you to not admit to your mistakes and even had the cheek to tell us it's all condensation. jasmine, i hope you can improve on your customer service skills instead. i don't think you can solve problems with that kind of attitude. adding on, thank you YJ AIRCON for solving the problems immediately. appreciate you being meticulous and your patience to explain every details to us. on behalf of alphacool, thank you for cleaning up their mess.     // updated with entire story. bought a set of system-4 aircon with audio house for our new bto. alphacool was one of their contractor. alphacool was assigned to do our installation dated on 22/11/2022. before and during the installation, my husband and i took leave to watch the entire process, trying our best to make sure everything is done properly and no short cuts or cheap material used. we even offered to top up money for better quality pipes. the technicians from alphacool assured that all pipes used are the best quality. hence, my husband and i chose to trust the professionals. 6 months after the installation, we found some minor leaking in our master bedroom. we contacted jasmine from alphacool and brought up the issue to her. she replied us with a list of service (with cost) that we can do to minimise the leaking and said it's due to condensation. we had our own aircon servicing package from another company, so we engaged them to come up for an aircon servicing service dated on 09/06/2023. my husband and i only uses the unit in our master bedroom, in which the contractor we engaged had to refund us our money for servicing because all units are too clean. on 01/12/2023, we woke up to a big puddle of water and leakage from one of the trunking in our bedroom. we again, contacted jasmine and asked her for solution. she then told us that our warranty has already expired and we will have to pay for the technicians transport fee for the checks. my husband and i decided to make an appointment with our own aircon contractor to check on the issue. it's always good and recommended to get a second opinion, right? so we arranged for our own contractor to inspect the units in the morning while alphacool will come in the afternoon. to our expectations, the moment our contractor saw the leaking, he immediately concluded it was the piping issue. we then informed alphacool about it. as expected, jasmine showed us her tai-ji skills beautifully and shamelessly. she went on and on with her condensation theory and even made the effort to google some answers to send me. (: appreciate the effort but i'm not stupid. 1. she said it's a must to do aircon servicing once every 3 months to prevent condensation and leaking. 2. she said every 6 months must do vaccum cleaning to remove the dirt and gel trapped in the pipes. 3. she said our aircon might be clogged, which causes the leaking. so ok, my husband and i made an appointment with her and was even willing to pay for the servicing. in return, jasmine gave us her word that if it's due to piping issue, she will bear all cost and do a re-piping for us. her technicians came and cleared all the water hidden inside the trunking box and assured that no leaking should happen in the next 6 months. which my husband and i agreed and finally felt like jasmine and her team was somehow responsible. BUT! i was soooo wrong. after paying for the lousy servicing on 02/12/2023, another leaking episode happened on 22/12/2023. this time round, the leaking was heavier than the previous. so i quickly took a video and send to jasmine. it's only been 2 weeks but she managed to learn a new skill again. don't know from which sect or clan, she learned how to BLUETICK her customers. 2 days later, she texted me back telling me she's on mc. so ok lah, i wish her well and ask her to get back to me once she's back to work. then hor, she show me her new skills again. SHE DISAPPEARED until 26/12/2023. and when i said she replied on 26/12/2023, was because there was another new leaking episode that morning. so same thing lah, expected de lah, she told me it's condensation lah. she think i never learn science but never mind. i realised i shouldn't be talking to this kind of people. so i turned in to audiohouse. // continue on next review.

We strive to be transparent about all installation procedures and the warranty that comes along with it, but we understand that there may be room for improvement. As stated in our orders, we provide a 1 year warranty on workmanship for all our installations. If there were any installation issues, problems such as water leaking will occur immediately and not after a year of usage. We would like to add that air con servicing is recommended between 3-4 months apart depending on the usage of the air con to ensure that it operates at maximum efficiency. A common misconception most people have is to just check if the air filters are clean. Proper servicing is done when the drainage pipes, drain pan, cooling coils, water tray, blowers etc. are cleaned. We would like to make things right and assist you in your water leaking case.     Rendered AC repair services from different service providers and all of them advised the standard "aircon servicing / chemical wash" which did not solve the problem. The team at Alpha Cool provided good quality end-to-end AC installation services, explained the problem "our water pipe did not have sufficient gradient that resulted in water forming into jelly form substance which blocked the flow". Thank you for resolving our problem and bringing cool temperature back to our house!

    Services was rendered perfectly. Aircon was not working and chanced upon Alphacool on google. Contacted them and they arranged the installation for me the following day. Ms Jasmine made an effort to call and explain about the Aircon and installation process the day before. Technician, Myo was very professional and knowledgeable as he guide us through our request on the piping installation. The handy work was done perfectly.     Engaged them to install System 2 and to remove our old a/c system. Had to commend Jasmine for her prompt replies and to clear our doubts. In addition she waived off the fee to remove our additional a/c. Was kind and patient to all our request. Even offered us to minimise our cost to do everything in one trip. But we asked for 2 trips instead due to renovation. The contractors was also very helpful to advise us on the best way to route the pipes.
