The service was unacceptable and showed no respect for the agreed appointment time. The cleaning was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but the cleaners arrived at 10:00 AM without any notice or confirmation. I had worked overnight and arranged my schedule around the confirmed 3:00 PM appointment. Arriving six hours early without contacting me first was extremely inconsiderate and disruptive. If Easy Clean SG needed to change the timing, they should have informed me in advance. Customers should not be expected to accommodate unannounced schedule changes.

Had a great experience with this aircon servicing company. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable, and carried out a thorough cleaning of the units. They were careful to keep the area clean and took the time to answer my questions. My air conditioner is now cooling much better. Overall, a professional and reliable service. Highly recommended!

I have engaged them to install system 4 and after a year my Aircon starts to leak. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue. I do not recommend engaging their service for anything as they are terrible. Instead of doing service recovery they want to charge $50 for trouble shooting. I strongly do not recommend anyone to use their services at all!

I contacted this company on Tuesday regarding my aircon problem. Their replies were slow and they did not seem bothered. They arranged for a technician to come between 7:00 and 7:30pm, but no one turned up. There was absolutely no communication to inform me that they would be late or not coming. I have proof that I did not receive any calls or messages from them regarding delays or cancellations. I even texted twice on the day of the appointment asking them to let me know if they could not make it, but still received no reply. The technicians only suddenly turned up at 8:15pm without any notice. When they previously checked my aircon, they wrongly diagnosed the issue and claimed I needed to change my compressor, which is untrue. A wrong diagnosis like this would have cost a bomb, and I still had to pay $50 for that visit. Customers are not always right, that is true. But when a business shows no responsibility, no accountability, and does not even acknowledge their mistakes, that is a real shame. This level of service is unacceptable and a waste of my time and money. I will be filing a complaint with CASE.

Outstanding Aircon Maintenance by Islam & Jalal! I’m really impressed with the excellent service provided by Islam and Jalal. They arrived on time, were professional and friendly throughout, and took the time to explain the issues with my aircon clearly. They worked efficiently, cleaned everything thoroughly, and now my aircon is colder, quieter, and feels like new again! Pricing was fair with no hidden charges, and they cleaned up the area before leaving — truly great service. Highly recommended! Thank you Islam & Jalal for the fantastic job! 🌟

I have been enlisting their services for more than 5 years now. They have always been timely, provided great services and tided the place before they left. Trustworthiness is something I highly value and the company (including may who fixes appointments and Gabriel who leads the cleaning services) have never disappointed. Today I had a chem clean and gas top up done led by jallal. Appreciate the professionalism !
