Right before the scheduled appointment time, their technician informed me that he was unable to attend the appointment and requested that it be rescheduled to the next day. On the next day, no one showed up, and this time, no prior notice or explanation was given. Completely unacceptable for failing to attend a confirmed appointment twice, with the second time even without any prior notice.

Mr Ramdas attended to my leaking air con professionally and promptly. He is proficient and very patient in explaining the issues. I have been looking hard and long for an honest and reliable service provider who doesn’t hard sell their packages and only executes what is required for their customers. Hope I have finally found one in Jia Xing. Will be going to them for my air con servicing needs hereon.
