I got their service for room and curtain cleaning, as well as touch-up painting. For 1 bed room unit, the cost was $300+$180(touch up paint)+$14/10kg=$140 Total=$620. They are very attentive, flexible, dedicated and finished earlier than expected. The price is slightly expensive for me but I would love to use their service again. Thank you.

Engaged their services for my home and office for frame hanging , drilling . Very efficient and well done. The boss Ralf is very nice , flexible and amenable. Highly recommended for your fixing and handyman needs.

Tried messaging them on WhatsApp and it was a pain. They take 10 mins to answer each question. I told them I have an HDB EA, and they asked: “Got any picture or video showing ur house..also is there any colour code needed?” How can they not know the size of an EA if they claim to have over 1000 reviews? And why do they need videos of my home? After reading posts from the last few reviewers, it's clear I should not give them my business.

They're not keen to do business .. will let this pic speak for itself. Surprised to see so many poor reviews on this company. Needless to say, I got it done via cendex (another contractor) with just 1 message.

Booked their services for the handover cleaning, cleaners came 1,5 hours late without any notice, refused to give a discount, would never recommend and will never use their services again

I am very unhappy with the service I got. I had approached this company to fix my glass coffee table leg. Though the company did send a handyman to my place early, the job done was unprofessional. The glue used was very visible and ugly. I have attached two photos in this post, one showing how it previously was. If the outcome was going to be like that I should have at least been cautioned. I didn’t think it will look like this. Company also hasn’t replied to my messages asking if the job will be re done. Disappointed with the service.

Very disappointing experience with Fixinguru. They confirmed a 10am slot but only informed me at 10.15am that their van was in the workshop and they could only come after 1pm. Despite agreeing to arrive by 1pm, they showed up close to 2pm. I had clearly stated (with photos) that I needed 2 ceiling mounts installed, but on-site they claimed it was only 1 and tried to charge extra due to their own internal miscommunication. The handyman also seemed unprepared and had to repeatedly go downstairs to get tools. Poor coordination and time management. Would not recommend.

The pricing is not fixed and seems to vary depending on the boss’s discretion. The first time I engaged their services, I was quoted $180 for a table and chair set with an additional bench. All was good and hence I engage their services again. However the second engagement, I was quoted $130 to fix the table set, but the final charge became $150 because of the chairs. The boss said the price could only be lowered if I repaired more items. Will I engage them for a third time? Definitely not. After reading the negative reviews, I realised I am not the only one who has experienced this.

Horrible. Not responsive. Once they saw that it is not a straight forward job, they stopped responding. Don’t even bother to reject the job. Still call themselves guru. And their price is high for a straight forward job ( like chute replacement)

Issue not solved completely, and back to faulty condition after a week of repair. I recommend to find somebody else for your handyman work.

I hired this team yesterday and had a very unpleasant experience. They arrived 2.5 hours late without informing me. When fixing my IKEA shelf, they did it incorrectly — the shelf was shaky. They claimed it was due to the IKEA board holes being too big, which I almost believed. I even offered them cold drinks to thank them before they left. However, as I was leaving for my next appointment, I saw Ali lying on a bench downstairs watching his phone. I asked him to come back and fix it properly — he then used a silicone gun to glue the board to the wall, and only then was it finally stable. Overall, this was not a professional job — late arrival, poor workmanship, and lack of responsibility. Would not recommend.

Extremely poor service. Arranged a timing and even confirmed 2 hours before. No one turned up and the contact person went MIA. Eventually a worker texted to say he was coming 1 hour 30 mins after he was supposed to be there.

Overall was happy with them, i installed two water heaters One worked fine and the other had an imtermittent issue, they did eventually replace the faulty one after some lengthy communications and testing One of the cheapest service providers around and did eventually provide me with quality working heaters, so no complaints from me

The cleaning service was disappointing. There were so many areas that were not done. For example, the window grills, toilet cabinets, track to balcony, even the floor. I had to ask them to redo it.

Well... I wasted one off day for these guys. Arranged to come but no one did. Tried to call and text them but no one was to be found. For anyone that's looking at this, I think there's a good business opportunity because the bar is really really low.

My personal advice = Dishonest business practice, better to avoid. I engaged FixinGuru around 2 years ago to replace my entire unit ceiling lights. While the cost they charged me is reasonable, they took unfair profit through other means, in my case it was through making me purchase inferior quality lights. They did so by informing me last minute that the brand that I wanted is not available, and the only brand available is some cheap local brand and assured me that a lot of their clients use it. Lo and behold, within 2 years, a lot of the lights died already. 1 or 2 die is still within margin of error, but 5++ to die, that's a systematic fraud going on. I have given them opportunity to explain themselves and they ignored me. So my personal advice to whoever is looking to engage this business is: Please avoid! There are a lot of dishonest handyman companies in Singapore, this is one of them! I will let the pictures speak for themselves.

The lousiest & most irresponsible company in the universe. Not sure why they exist. Their labours put on disappearing timer, 1 moment they claimed it resolved and managed. another moment said they didn't manage. No pick up calls, lousy.

They are very responsive towards my queries. Within 15 min, we had setup an appt to mix my light fixture. The handyman, Ali, was on time. And had carried out the repair work professionally. Good job.

Unfortunately I did not have a pleasant experience with fixinguru. The person who attended to me was responsive and accommodated to my request to change dates for installation works initially, but once the installation works were completed and paid, there was no more reply to my messages despite trying to feedback to him on the unsatisfactory areas. In summary, these were my observations: 1) Damaged to wall paints after installation of mirror. No follow up actions nor intentions to repair. 2) Did not help to clean up floor area after drilling works. 3) Unfriendly staff 4) Poor after-service support. Do not expect them to reply your messages after works are completed.

We contacted Fixinguru for a change of our flimpsy rubbish chute. They made arrangements quickly and the quality of chute was sturdy with good quality and smooth quiet closure. After 5-6 mths now, it's still in excellent condition. Thanks for the good service and trustworthy product.

EDIT: 2 years update, I was convinced by the technician at the last minute to opt for cheaper brand, OKIES, as the brand I wanted wasn't available. 2 years later, 5 of the bulbs have already failed, no resolution was provided. As a consumer, I feel cheated. Unfortunately, this could be another dishonest vendor, please reconsider and see how many 1 stars they have.

Super bad service. Late for 1 hour did not inform us at all. Called them and was extremley rude. DO NOT book them unless you want to be treated rudely, without responsibility, and being told off by a service staff. In their own words "how am I suppose to pick up your call when I am outside " when they were already late by 30mins.

I Was trying to drill the walls in my room to install a wall cabinet but encountered some issues and needed help. Did a google search and found fixinguru. Whatsapp-ed them at 4pm and arrangements were made to come down around 6-8pm. They did a great job and was really fast (15-20mins). Very grateful! Thank you

My water heater switch was not working. Found FixinGuru through Google search and whatsapp them to see how they can help on Fri evening. They will quick to respond with a quote to replace the faulty switch and an appt on following Monday for the technician to come by. It was done within 10 minutes. Thank you for the excellent service!
