They advertised that they are able to deal with power tripping and RCBO related problems. Made an appointment with them to do exactly that. I asked several times during the visit if a RCBO was going to be installed and whether the part will prevent power tripping during lightning strikes. Was assured that this was the case. Went ahead with the installation and after leaving, I checked what was installed. They had simply replaced my ABB SH201 MCB with another Hager MT120A MCB which is not a RCBO at all. Questioned them on how changing the MCB was going to solve anything (it can't) and they just kept quiet to date (2 weeks and counting). Proving exactly the point, the electricity tripped in broad sunshine without any rain twice already, so changing the ABB MCB to the Hager MCB made things even worse. $190 wasted for nothing.

Huge thanks to a guy named Chun from All-in-One Fix & Move for saving the day! He arrived promptly around 7:30pm and went straight to work fixing a stubborn choke in our kitchen sink drainage. I would like to provide some serious feedback regarding my experience, as I believe it reflects a significant issue with the way your staff handle customers and service problems. What disappointed me most was that your staff did not appear to make any genuine effort to investigate or resolve the problem. Rather than taking the time to understand the situation, troubleshoot the issue, or explore a practical solution, I was immediately advised to spend almost $300 on replacing the entire faucet. I find this approach extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When a customer contacts a service company, they naturally expect the technician to first assess the problem properly, identify the cause, and make a reasonable attempt to repair or resolve it before recommending an expensive replacement. In this case, I did not feel that this basic level of initiative or professionalism was demonstrated. More concerningly, the interaction gave me the impression that the priority was not to solve the customer’s problem, but simply to recommend an expensive replacement and generate additional revenue. Whether this was the intention or not, that is unfortunately how the service came across to me as a customer. In the end, I was able to identify and fix the issue myself without replacing the faucet. This makes the original recommendation even more difficult to understand and has seriously affected my confidence in your company’s service standards. I strongly believe that good service is not simply about selling a replacement or charging a customer for a new product. It is about listening, investigating, taking initiative, and making a genuine effort to find the most appropriate solution for the customer. Based on this experience, I will not be using your service again, and I would certainly hesitate to recommend your company to others. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and review how your staff are trained and how service issues are handled, because experiences like this can very quickly damage a customer’s trust in a company.
