Very unprofessional First he will haggle the price And portraits professional service Promised to do the job on Saturday 10.30 am then I call him one day before and he told me only can come 12.30 pm, I said okay. Then in the night he message me Saturday job cancelled and postpone to Sunday 10.30 am. Fast forward Sunday, didn't reply my message and hasn't turn up. Do not engage their services

Contacted them for a carpentry work. They asked me for photos, sent them and also explained on what needs to be done. They said will get back, and didn’t get back to me at all.

Found them on social media at the time when I was in need of a handyman to drill and fix up my window blind. Enquired online and agreed on their service charge and set at appointment. He was punctual and knows his trade when advising me on the blind placement. Service was good and oriented. Highly recommended.

Call them for an emergency job but came in 30 mins only to know that bowl was cracked and they rectify immediately with a new bowl for me which ease my mind .. highly recommend

DO NOT RECOMMEND. HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND SUBPAR WORK. ENGAGE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Engaged Hari from Handydandy to remedy a rust door frame on 04 July 2023. As it was a small area, got quoted $120. Some parts of the upper frame had tiny specks of rust but they said it would be a separate charge of $30. This was because the paint was expensive. I googled and $30 can buy two full cans of the Hammerite paint they use. Unfortunately, after the paint tried, there were bubbles oozing black liquid and the paint separated from the frame. Upon peeling off the tape slowly, outwards as they instructed, whole pieces of paint came off. I then requested for service recovery on 08 July 2023. They only replied me on Wed 12 July 2023 after chasing. After which they could only come down to take a look on 18 July 2023, a full two weeks later. Unfortunately I am in the middle of renovating my house and could not wait for them to fix it and got someone else to do it. I then asked for a refund on 17 July 2023. Their response was that 'Sorry boss we could have come redo but u find someone else. Not our fault.' I think it is quite clear that the job should have been done properly since the start and it is definitely their fault. They refuse to refund a partially even though they didn't have to come down a 2nd trip (they charge $40 a trip). DO NOT RECOMMEND. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND SUBPAR WORK. ENGAGE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
