Special thanks to Sunny, who handled the installation professionally and patiently. He was punctual, skillful, knowledgeable and took the time to explain how to use the different functions of the digital locks. The installation was neatly done, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving.Appreciate the good service and attention to detail. Think twice, avoid at all costs, unless you are prepared to burn your pocket on unreasonable service charges in the 2nd year or so. My 2nd time purchasing this brand and each time give issues. This time the latch have problem on 2nd years and was to told pay service charges as well as need certain waiting time which is unacceptable. The latch issues raise a serious concern, especially for emergency exit with old peoples and kids at home. Very disappointed with the after-sales service. I would rather change to another brand even though the lock is still under warranty.

3 September 2026 Had a great experience with Hanman! A special shoutout to Ivan, who was extremely helpful and patient in guiding me through the different digital lock options. He took the time to explain the features and differences clearly, which made it much easier for me to decide on the right lock for my needs. Really appreciated his knowledge, friendly service, and willingness to answer all my questions without being pushy. Highly recommend Hanman, and definitely look for Ivan if you need help choosing a digital lock!

Terrible service and support. The installation was messy, and the installer did not clean up afterward. I purchased the lock from YONTAT Door & Hardware Pte Ltd. When the lock kept disconnecting, they blamed my internet service provider—even though all the other smart devices in my home work without issues. They installed a Xiaomi Wi-Fi range extender, which helped temporarily, but the lock soon disconnected again. The Hanman H1 lock app is unstable, and the advertised 24/7 hotline is unresponsive. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend paying more for a reputable brand with better security, reliability, and customer support. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Bought Zigbang digital lock for door and gate from Lazada during 8.8 and arranged with Hanman for the installation. Mr Sunny Wong came 1 hour earlier before the installation and he called about 30 mins before he makes his way over. The whole installation took about 1 hour for both new door and gate and he assist to help with the pairing of RFID and and thumb print. Whole process is fuss free and easy. Highly recommend installer, Mr Sunny Wong to do the job!

Very bad after-sales services. Defective digital lock motherboard replacement takes >1wk. This comes with $120 labour without including the material charges. To make things worse, despite submitting the video (to show the defect), the service team is not pro-active and not service orientated. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

We would like to sincerely thank Sunny Wong for his professionalism and going the extra mile to help resolve our issue. The initial metal door lock was installed incorrectly (a digital lock that was not suitable for our kind of metal gate sold by OSL) which caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience and issues for the elderly’s home. A temporary fix was done previously, and today Sunny Wong dropped by to carry out the replacement. What really stood out was not just his technical expertise, but also the way he patiently explained how the new Igloohome metal lock works and provided practical advice and suggestions to the elderly. He took the time to make sure they understood how to use the lock and more importantly, felt comfortable and assured with the new installation. The door is now properly fixed and the elderly are much more confident and reassured with the newly installed lock. Thank you Sunny, for your professionalism, patience and for going the extra mile to make sure your client feels taken care of. Truly appreciate the excellent service!
