Contacted Mr Raymond from Huntaway and requested for a technician to come down to our office to reconfigure the CCTV recorder as the time stamp went haywire. We urgently need to resolve the time stamp issue as we noticed someone dumping stuff outside our office premise. But sadly I was informed they are busy with ongoing projects and will get someone to contact me soon to arrange a date to come down. But it’s been 1 whole week and despite a 2nd reminder 2 days after my first request, NO ONE bothered to even contact me back. It seems this is how Huntaway provides after sale service to existing customer. Utterly disappointed.

1st installation was great but second installation was not so great with the engaging part overall the tech side on the installation was ok but the sales part was super lag... on the first and second installation. maybe business too good unable to cope, had to chase the sales for updates. Google comments i felt is a bit over rated. Price range reasonable

Best experience with Mr Hon yew. Provided a lot of reassurance with privacy and security in home cctv installation. Took time to explain about what he is doing along the way. Onsite services for warranty replacements and minor upgrades have been carried out well so far. Both Sales and Tech teams are helpful. Something that the company should consider is a centralised support system for clients to reach out to a single touch-point to report an issue or request for tech support service since clients would not know your work schedules and the general number goes to a non-technical person who then has to get someone to call back (at their convenience) while a client's security system would have already been breached if there is a hardware failure.

Mr. Phil and Team have done a great job for installation of CCTVs! The Team is very professional and able to recommend the type of CCTVs and different solutions for our warehouse requirements. We are impressed that CCTVs are clear and NVR is easy to operate. The installation process was fast and smooth. Although there was a delay on the final installation, the Team has managed to complete the project before CNY. Huntaway Security is highly recommended and can be trusted!
