He was detailed, professional, and took the time to explain exactly how he would carry out the installation and the potential issues to look out for.

The sales reps at interlock digital are friendly and helpful.
Initially wanted to repair my samsung zigbang DR708 but decided to change it due to its age. Asked if the new model DR900 fits well and they said yes. Exactly the same shape and no new drilling hassle.
Booking an appointment to install the new digital lock is painless and quick. Manage to get an appointment for the next day(depend on availability and first come first serve).
The installer came early and did the job well. Helped me fix alignment issues from previous install and adjusted the heavy door hydraulic timings.
At the end of the installation, the installer taught me how to setup the number pin, RFID tags, and fingerprints.
Experience with them is excellent.

Francis did a great job at installing the digital locks despite my taobao vendor miss out on delivering me some parts of the digital lock that help with the mechanics but he was able to maneuver around it and get it installed, it was really praise worthy. He had shown me how to use the digital lock when my instructional Manuel was all in Korean. After he left, I couldn't open it with my RF card. I called and the installer picked up.
