The Johnsion team moved us last week and they were great from start to finish. Communication was easy from the outset when getting a quote, and the whole team was prompt, fast, hard working and incredibly efficient. Not a single thing was damaged, and nothing was too much trouble. The price was competitive, and I love that they reuse their moving boxes. Please be very CAREFUL when engaging Johnson Mover. My advice is to keep all communications, quotations, and booking details in writing. Save screenshots, txt, and any documents related to your booking in case disputes arise later. Based on my experience, there were issues regarding the lorry size provided and the information communicated during the booking process. Customers who are unfamiliar with actual lorry dimensions should be especially cautious and request the exact measurements of the vehicle in writing before confirming the booking. I was told that the originally agreed vehicle could not be provided, with reasons such as the lorry being unavailable or that my items required a larger vehicle or additional trips. However, I later questioned whether the vehicle provided matched the size that had been quoted and paid for. What concerned me most was that when disagreements arose, the response was essentially to cancel the service on the spot. On moving day, customers are often under pressure and may have limited alternatives at the last minute, leaving them with little choice but to accept additional costs or revised arrangements. My recommendation to ALL future customers: • Request the exact lorry dimensions in writing. • Keep all WhatsApp messages and quotations. • Take photos of the vehicle provided on moving day. • Clarify all charges and conditions before confirming the booking. • If you believe you have been misled, keep all evidence and consider reporting the matter to the relevant authorities or consumer protection agencies. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling that the service was not transparent, and I would NOT recommend this company.

I have used Johnsion Mover several times over the past few years for furniture and exercise machines (Adidas treadmill and Andes 3 Horizon elliptical walker). Was very disappointed. Arrange the shifting but movers didnt turn up. Texted and asked then say wanted to arrange another lorry but need to wait 1.5 hrs later. Even the reason was the lorry was towed no one has informed that this trip is unable to fulfill. Really waste my time.

My job got a challenging aspect. Needed to move a hospital bed and some loose items from a disgruntled landlord who is out to make things difficult. Got NO indication what's to be moved beforehand (except the hospital bed). The job costs $225 ($125 for hospital bed and $50x2 for 2 trolleys load of stuff). Initially, they left out the boxes I told them I may need for loose items, coz I am unaware of what's going to be moved. So the boss managed to find boxes at the 11th hour and though they were late, it actually worked to my advantage as there was time to see and check what's to be collected and moved. The landlord of course spared no expense trying to take over n bark instructions at my 2 movers. All I can say is, Johnsion sent his best man for my job. The dude actually told the nasty landlord off in his nicest possible way, " don't take it out on us jus coz you are in a bad mood." LOL. Then, at the destination, there were issues with the lock and I was unable to open the door, since I didn't have the keys beforehand. So they offered to come back specifically to move items, esp the bed into the house once the locksmith opens the lock for another $50. Fortunately, the locksmith came in lightning speed n opened the door jus in time for the movers. Payment via paynow is a breeze. Got an invoice from them after payment is made.

DO NOT HIRE!!! Specially made a trip down to open door for them to move my piano as I’m no longer residing there but they were late for 1 hour so I wasted 1 whole hour just for them to come. When they delivered to the new location, they were very unprofessional, didn’t make sure everything is settled, didn’t plug in the heater cable before leaving, the wire was stuck on a different side. Gave the boss a call and he wasn’t helpful and laugh off the situation and say that I should have let them know but if I realised earlier, of course who would have wait till the workers have left right? Ridiculous!!

Super quick turnaround. Asked for a quote at 11am on Sunday and the quote was competitive against other movers plus they managed to collect the goods and move same day. Honestly, did not expected it to be done so quickly. Kudos to their team who wrapped all nicely for the move professionally. Having used other movers earlier, i can vouch for Johnsion and will be my preferred mover henceforth.
